The main living space has an abundance of natural sunlight with a door opening up to the back patio for enjoying the breezes throughout the home. The galley kitchen overlooks the dining room/sitting room. Relax in comfort on the pull-out sofa in the spacious living area. Off of the sitting room is the queen suite, with the ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. This bungalow was recently remodeled and comes completely furnished (including a fully stocked kitchen) with refrigerator, microwave, range, washer/dryer. Really cute private patio perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night! Off street parking included.

We provide a starter pack with basic household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning products, and soap) Guests will need to need to supply these products once the starter pack runs out.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. 2 cars can park in the driveway. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. Street parking is limited.

Home is not for any types of parties, loud noise and has quite hours 10pm - 8am.

Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Bradenton has a noise ordinance policy in place, and it is enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience. Instead, it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident.
