Located minutes from Bradenton’s top beaches, restaurants, and shops, this boutique-style studio offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

The space
What you will love: The design is upscale, modern, and thoughtfully finished. Your stay will be completely private on the first floor. Everything is brand new and sits in a peaceful, highly desirable area. Open, bright and airy, featuring a plush queen bed with cooling pillows, a cozy sofa, dining table, and more.

Nearby you will find all of the beaches, Robinson Preserve and Emerson Point offer kayaking, walking, jogging, hiking, and biking trails. Local marinas provide boat and jet ski rentals, and you’ll be conveniently close to everything you want to explore. A cute two-seater table sits just outside the door in your personal and private yard.

For each stay, we provide a starter supply of essentials:

•dishwasher pods,
•laundry pods (washer and dryer included),
•extra towels (body, face and hand towels), brand-new cookware,
•a coffee maker with decaf & regular,
•creamer,
•stylish dishware,
•a hair dryer,
•hand, dish, and body soaps,
•lotion,
•and shampoo and conditioner.
•A noise cancelling fan sits in the closet if needed.
•You will also find two beach towels and two beach chairs.

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a brand-new 55” Smart and Roku TV where you can log into all your favorite apps. All of the furnishings are brand new. A spacious closet and dresser—with hangers—offering ample storage for your items.

Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing pets so that the pet blanket, bowls, feeding mat and pink pet sheets will be placed inside beforehand for our furry friends.

We spent more than a year thoughtfully planning the build, design, fixtures and furnishings, and we truly hope you enjoy the space as much as we enjoyed creating it.
Guest access
The entire first-floor suite features keyless entry.

Parking is available for two vehicles on the left side of the home in the graveled area.

Entry is directly through the gate on the left side.
The suite is located through the first door inside the gate.

The yard is split into separate spaces by fences/gates to allow for privacy.
Other things to note
Guests are responsible for their own consumables once the initial supply is used.
WiFi & Entry Code are provided before check-in.
Nearest Hospital: Manatee Memorial, Blake is only minutes away as well.
Trash Pickup: We handle this, trash bins are out front.

For safety, exterior security cameras are in place.
