Welcome to Clinton Duplex, a beautifully-designed 2-bedroom residence, nestled on the border of Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill. This oversized, light-filled home features 10' ceilings, a working fireplace, a large, private backyard, a walk-in kitchen, and a full laundry room.
Complete with high-end furniture from RH and similar brands, one-of-a-kind art, and custom lighting, this rarely-available furnished space offers a serene oasis on a tree-lined block in Brooklyn's best neighborhood
The Space:
Step into this light-filled duplex, occupying the bottom two floors of a Cobble Hill brownstone. This oversized, 2BR/1.5BA home is truly a one-of-a-kind space, featuring two beautiful, light-filled living rooms, two large bedrooms (one king, one full bed), three workstations with monitors, a full dining room, a large private yard, and more.
The space is filled with unique art, lighting, and plants. Featuring blazing-fast wifi, smart TVs, and Google Home speakers in most rooms, this home is equipped for modern living. Hardwood floors and Spanish tile add character to the unit, while oversized windows allow natural light to flood the apartment.
Each bedroom features high-end Brooklinen & Buffy sheets, memory foam mattresses, and pillows. A working, gas-powered fireplace downstairs provides a warm retreat on cold nights, and the home is filled with games and books for a cozy afternoon.
All three workstations feature large monitors, and two are equipped with Herman Miller Aeron chairs.
