Strange Big Bear Rules: (We know they are odd, but they are from the city).:



* Rentals - guests must take the Trash to the dump site after their stay.

(City does not pick up trash at rental homes).



* Spa Hours are until 10:00 pm (music is noise turned down by 10:00 pm as well).
