This home is located in Summit Lake. Centrally located and near both the Snow Summit Ski Resort and the Meadow Park. Walking Distance to both the resort or the Shuttle Station located on Fox Farm Rd. You can enjoy a walk with the family to the Meadow Park , offering a dog park, traditional park, seasonal Swim Beach and a great location to enjoy biking, fishing and the fourth of July firework show. shopping, and dining are just a few minutes away.

--During Your Stay:
- Max Guests: 11
- Pets: Allowed (2 pets max) with a $25/day fee per pet.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No Parties/Events: No parties or gatherings allowed.
- No Commercial Photography: No filming for commercial use.
- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside & outside the property.
--Additional Rules:
- Occupancy Limit: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 11 guests, including adults.
- Parking: Park only in the driveway, designated spaces, or garage. No parking on the street or yard.
- Amplified Music: No amplified music beyond the property line at any time. Close windows to prevent sound from carrying.
- Outdoor Noise: No noisy outdoor activities or spa use between 10:00 PM & 7:00 AM.
- Pet-Friendly: If you bring a dog, make sure it doesn't disturb neighbors. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a $25/day fee per pet.
- Trash: Take trash to local dumpsters at 41790 Garstin Drive or 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
- Fines: Violating rules can result in a $500 fine per violation. A second offense is $1,000.
- Eviction: Guests who disregard rules will be evicted without refund & may face fines.
- City Ordinance Occupancy for Adults: Maximum of 11 adults.
