The Space:

From the moment you step foot in this magnificent cabin, you will truly understand why it's named 'Eagles View.' You'll enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The mountain views can be enjoyed from almost every window in this spacious cabin. The upper-level deck also expands through the entire back of the house, which includes plenty of seating, a dining table, a gas grill, and a side screened porch for a cozy retreat.



There is also a suite with a bathroom, including a shower and a large soaking tub. You can also access the deck through its French doors and enjoy the brilliant stars in the night sky or watch TV in your room. The full kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked cookware and tableware to make your mealtime masterpiece.



There is both a Keurig single serve and a carafe coffee maker as well! The great room has a TV and a beautiful stone gas fireplace with plenty of seating to gather with your family and friends. Upstairs also contains a queen-size bedroom and a separate card game room with a TV.



Downstairs in the spacious game room, you'll find an 80-inch TV, a Multicade arcade, and a full-size pool table. You can access the downstairs deck with a hot tub, picnic table, and oversized rocking chairs to enjoy the splendid views and the bonus of a fenced yard to keep the kids close! The downstairs has a suite with its own TV and bathroom, another bedroom with a TV, and one the kids will love with bean bag chairs.



Cobbly Nob is an upscale Gatlinburg neighborhood with three seasonal pools, tennis courts, and new pickleball courts. At the foot of Cobbly Nob lies the Bent Creek championship golf course designed by Gary Player. You can hike in the Smoky Mountains National Park, just a short drive away, and visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions, including horseback riding, zip-lining, and white water rafting!



The roads in Cobbly Nob are paved and well-maintained, making it easy to drive in all seasons. Take a detour to the local dine-in restaurants/eateries for fantastic food, or enjoy a day trip to the nearby theme/waterparks or miniature golf courses with your family.
