Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this Lodge for birthday celebrations and the love of Gatlinburg. We were not disappointed! The amenities were wonderful and relaxing for the entire gang. There is something for everyone and space to get away when needed. The few small issues (the air hockey plug was broke prior to arrival, and the need for sheets, a broken rocker) were dealt with expeditiously and professionally. It's situated in a nice community and near everything. A little bar and a wonderful cinnamon roll place in the village! I would stay here again and recommend that you do as well.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It had everything you could want—games, a theater, hot tub, fire pit, grills, and an indoor heated pool. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and still feel comfortable. Swimming in the heated pool while watching the snow fall outside was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

Great cabin!

We had 8 adults and one teen with us for our trip and the cabin was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities but especially the pool and hot tub.

Lumberjack Lodge Retreat

Plenty of room for everyone, the wrap around porches were a great surprise, the children enjoyed the game room & theater. A bear came within a few yards of the front door so be cautious. We had one issue with the pool alarm and once we called it was addressed within the hour. I spoke with Jennifer several times leading up to our stay and she was very helpful & friendly.

Perfect!

The house was huge with a lot of space! It wasn't too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I loved that we weren't right in town and that the resort community made it easy and comfortable to run the "loop" and let the kids hang out front throwing baseballs and riding bikes without worry!

Beautiful accommodations. Great location. Easy access to grocery and featured attractions. Pool was fantastic for the kids in our group.
