We take cleanliness concerns seriously and review them carefully whenever they are brought to our attention. In this case, our records from the turnover prior to your arrival do not reflect the conditions described. All bed linens are professionally laundered off-site and fresh sheets are brought to the cabin for each new guest; linens are not washed or reused in the property. Our housekeeper also provided time-, date-, and location-stamped photographs from the cleaning completed the day before your arrival, and those photos show the tubs cleaned and ready for guests. We also had time, date and location stamped photos showing the hot tub was also drained, cleaned, sanitized, and refilled as part of the turnover process. Because hot tubs are outdoors, small amounts of natural debris can occasionally enter the water after servicing, but it had been fully cleaned and refreshed prior to check-in. We always want guests to contact us during their stay if something does not appear right so that we have the opportunity to inspect and address the concern immediately. Unfortunatley no calls were made and we were not given this opportunity.

We are glad everything was found clean and exactly as advertised. While the dishwasher pods are likely accurate I went back and reviewed the HK photos prior to this stay and there were full rolls of TP And paper towels provided in addition to the partial rolls described. Starter packs are highly common for our area given the logistics associated with highly variable lengths of stays. Tough to get your rating dinged over something clearly listed as well as communicated clearly prior to arrival. We highly recommend reading the listing and the communications from your host in the future to ensure you can have that 5 star experience.
