Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



The elegant Baskins Creek Condominiums are located in downtown Gatlinburg, three blocks south of the Parkway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The Gatlinburg Trolley stops right in front of the building, and Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center are all within walking distance. Take a day (or several) to explore the wonders of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which begins only one mile south. Or, head eight miles north to Pigeon Forge to find Dollywood, WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and an assortment of wonderful dinner theaters.
