A nice wood cabin . Very clean inside and perfect for a nice relaxing getaway and great location . Not far from the Blue ridge parkway and awesome waterfalls
This is our 2nd time staying at the cuddle up cabin with our dog and we were so glad we came back!! Cozy cabin in a great location! Quiet, private and perfect!! We will come back again!!
The roads leading into the cabins are a little difficult to navigate (some sharp turns), but overall, the location is great, the cabin is super cute, and we loved sitting on the porch listening to the rain. It was a relaxing, unplugged weekend away, and we would definitely stay here again!
make sure to tell customers to get there in the daylight . it was hard to find. everything else was very nice, love the remoteness once we figured out where it was.
My husband and I decided to do a getaway from Illinois this year. We stayed in the Cuddle Up cabin. We didnât want for a thing during our stay. WiFi was great. We enjoyed the hot tub especially during the rainy days with the rain beating on our tin roof. Lots of winding roads leading to the cabin. One day we did see a woman below us playing with her dog naked in the yard. Overall, we would stay again. We enjoyed Asheville and the Biltmore too.
My wife and I booked the small cabin for a secluded getaway for our 3rd anniversary. The cabin was clean and has everything you could need for a 4 day/3 night stay. In fact we constantly discussed how we could make a cabin just like it (maybe a little bit bigger), so we could sell our 5 bedroom house and live with more simplicity. The private hot tub was incredible and we were in it as much as possible. Our cabin had a small scavenger hunt within the cabin that was started by previous guests, that we discovered while reading The journal entries. It added another leave of fun to our stay. We also loved how we were able to bring our dogs without being gorged on the pricing. We will recommend this to our friends and family and hope to return sooner than later. Thank you for everything.
We live in Florida and love to visit "Fall" and this was the perfect place! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and cozy. The cabin was immaculate! They had it all warm and toasty for our arrival and the hot tub was running and ready! We have wanted to visit the Asheville area for quite some time and really wanted to have the whole cabin in the mountains experience. This fit perfectly because the Cuddle - Up gave us the feeling of seclusion without being in the middle of nowhere. The time spent just sitting on the porch (in rocking chairs no less!) was the perfect way to relax and unwind and the nightly hot tub time just capped off the days! While the road in was a little daunting at first (we do recommend arriving before nightfall on your first day), we quickly became used to navigating the turns and drops. The location is great for visiting Asheville and all there is to do. The Biltmore and Biltmore Village is amazing to see and we were lucky enough to catch Asheville's Christmas Parade (then a cup of French Broad Chocolates Liquid Truffle) and the North Carolina Arboretum's Winter Lights were beautiful! We would also recommend taking the Trolly Tour as soon as you arrive so that you can discover all that Asheville has to offer. We thank our hosts at The Cabins of Asheville for sharing their wonderful little gem of a cabin with us and can't wait for a return visit!
This has turned into our little home away from home. This is our fifth time with Cabins of Asheville. The stay is perfect but never long enough. Already planning our trip back.
The cabin is so cute and perfect for 2 people. Very quiet and secluded. Only problem we had was the road to the cabin. We had a full size truck with a lift and not 4 wheel drive. It was hard to see the road driving up hill. And didn't feel comfortable driving in and out to explore so we did leave 2 days early. We actually spun out trying to get back up the hill. If you are honeymooning and want a private spot, this is perfect. Just bring a smaller vehicle. I definitely wouldn't drive it in the dark. The grounds keeper was very friendly. He even stopped and prayed with us upon leaving.
It's a nice little secluded cabin, which is comfortable for two. However, the view is non-existent, which was the only thing that we really wanted. It's located near the bottom of the hill and there are several trees blocking any view from the porch. It may be slightly better in the fall, but not much.
The cabin was secluded and the hot tub was great! The driveway is a little steep and hard to get out of, stores are about 15 minutes away, and the overhead kitchen light was not working but I would still stay there again. Thank you to the owner for providing Hulu and for allowing us to have a lovely getaway!
We love the view. Especially enjoyed the hot tub. The scavenger hunt was a special fun touch. We added two more pieces to it. Was a lil nervous about the narrow road going up to cabin but it was just fine. We would definitely come back.
The cabin was amazing and the guests have a scavenger hunt built up through the years that was a fun little game to keep us busy while we were at the cabin as well as enjoying the hot tub. Would stay again without hesitation.
The cabin was very nice. The sign at the top of the hill "Cabins of Ashville" is missing so we drove past the entrance but was able to find the cabin. The cabin and hot tub was perfect. The bed so a little harder than we like but other than that, everything was great.
It was our third time with Cabins of Asheville and our second stay at Cuddle Up. It's always the perfect getaway and no matter how long the stay, it's never long enough. We will be back soon!
We spent my wifeâs birthday weekend in the Asheville area and wanted a secluded cabin tucked away in the mountains. We got exactly that! The hot tub (which was also a must when I searched) was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend any of the cabins affiliated with this beautiful property!
