Welcome to The ICT Bunkhouse, a large yet cozy home designed for maximum comfort and fun! Whether you're traveling with your immediate family, a close group of friends, or colleagues, this property offers spacious luxury with a sophisticated, intimate vibe. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, you'll find dedicated sleeping arrangements and exceptional entertainment spaces for those of all ages!

This home is designed for groups seeking both privacy and shared fun, with personal entertainment available in every room.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs King): Luxurious KING bed featuring memory foam topper and an attached private en-suite bathroom. Includes a 50" Smart TV, plenty of bed-side charging outlets, hangers, and luggage racks.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs King): Comfortable KING bed featuring memory foam topper, with a dedicated bathroom just steps away. Includes a 50" Smart TV, plenty of bed-side charging outlets, hangers, and luggage racks.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs Kids' Quarters): This dedicated children’s room features three TWIN beds, plus an additional collapsable TWIN bed frame and mattress for flexible sleeping to include a 4th bed when desired. Includes a 50" Smart TV, books for a variety of ages, nightlight, and a crib with a mattress. Additional children's items listed further below.

Additional Sleeping Options: The upstairs living room features cozy couches, the basement boasts a large sectional, and a high-quality queen-size air mattress is available at all times.

Living Area: Cozy up on the plush sectional while enjoying a movie on the brand new 65" Smart TV paired with a powerful Soundbar.

Dedicated Kids' Playroom: A true highlight for families! This room features an adjustable craft/game table, basketball shooting game, an enclosed infant playpen with toys, and a large selection of family VHS movies and an extensive library for all ages (infant, teen, and adult selections).

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer units with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

The kitchen is stocked with every cooking and baking tool you could need—from kid supplies to cocktail prep! Appliances include a Nespresso Machine & Pods, Air Fryer, Blender, Hand-Mixer, Crockpot, Coffee Pot, and more.

Dining: Enjoy meals at the main dining table that seats 8. A folding table and chairs are also provided for overflow seating if needed.

Free driveway parking is available, as well as convenient street parking. 2-car attached garage is also available for guest use.
