Guests have full access to the interior of the property (barring the mechanical area). The garage is locked and used for storage.
There is a separate guest house in the back with a separate entrance. The back tenant does park in the driveway on the far right side of the driveway. She does check the mail daily.

East Side Emerald is conveniently located in east Wichita, near Central and Rock. It has very easy access to grocery stores (including Whole Foods, Trader Joeâs and Dillons). It is minutes from Towne East Mall, Bradley Fair and many restaurants, bars and shops. Less than a mile to Kellogg Ave (Highway 400/ US 54), so it's easy to get just about anywhere in the city.
Wichita is not a very walkable city outside of downtown, and there is limited public transportation.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A GUEST HOUSE IN THE BACK THAT HAS A LONG-TERM TENANT. THEY DO PARK ON THE FAR RIGHT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY. She keeps to herself and you may just see her check the mail. She does not use any of the outdoor amenities.
This is a QUIET neighborhood and we do NOT allow PARTIES. If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund.
We do ask that people abide by our "No Pets" policy as many guests choose this home because it is not pet friendly.
