Overall, we had a great stay! The beds were excellent, honestly some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a rental property. There were plenty of beds and seating areas to comfortably accommodate our entire group, which was a huge plus.The only downsides were the showers. The water pressure was very low, and the showers could have been cleaned a little better. Other than those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

The rooms were good and decent but the doors wouldn’t close. It was super clean and spacious and a lot of closets. It was nice stay over just minimum property damages.

The hosts Marjorie and Jerry are so responsive. They quickly answered my questions and made accommodations for my family's needs. The house is so spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Host was responsive when we had issues during our stay. Well stocked pantry and games for the family. The house could use alot of TLC with some minor maintenance and a deep clean. Host didn’t want us to wash towels and washcloths but did not provide an adequate amount for the length of our stay and for the number of guests in our party.

The property has a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use. Not sure when the conversation occurred when someone was told they couldn't use the facilities provided. We provide accommodations based on the number of guests on the booking so it is important that this information is accurate. We provide a towel and washcloth for each guest and typically there are a couple of extras located in the bathroom closet as well. We don't normally provide a complete replenishment of towels and washcloths due to the short nature of most guests stay but, if requested we can accommodate.

Large Roomy House

We were in town visiting family. It was a great place to stay and gave us all a little get away from the bigger group activities in town. Loved the Asian market next door.

The property looks as it is depicted on the site inside and out. It was clean, spacious and attractive. There was enough space to accomodate our group of 16 comfortably for the 4 night stay, as well as the ability to seat additional Holiday stoppers by. Everyone enjoyed the stay, agreeing that they would do it again in a heartbeat ! Much Thanks to hosts Marjorie and Jerry for touching base throughout, even making their personal phone numbers available.

We meet up with a group a friends and their kids just to relax and hang out (6 adults and 8 kids). We had the best time and the place was perfect! We would definitely book again!

The property owner is the best. They provided everything we needed and were there for us. My family and I were so excited and happy and enjoyed our stay. We will recommend this property to any family planning to go to Wichita.

Amazing venue and hosts!!!

This was an overall incredible experience for my my friends and me for a get together. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed all the amenities. The hosts were fantastic and excellent with communication. I would highly recommend!

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The space was clean, spacious and well equipped for a large family gathering (pictures don’t do it justice). Our hosts were so amazing and flexible. They were beyond hospitable and absolutely made our stay in Wichita better than any other place we’ve been before. I look forward to booking with them again!

Very lovely and spacious!

There were seven of us staying here and everyone was very comfortable. All of the rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed ourselves. Marjorie was awesome to work with! We will definitely rebook if the opportunity comes again.

Massive house at great price

This house has a great layout with plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of space and lots of nice rooms for folks to gather. Towels were a little sparse and we ran out of garbage bags but there was a nice community pantry and a fully loaded kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay as there was plenty of room for 7 adult women to hang out, sleep and eat breakfast each morning.We struggled with the heating a bit but after we contacted the owner, she came over and helped remedy the situation. The owner is very responsive with any concerns or questions. The house is older and has some quirks but if you are looking for a clean, large space for a home base during a trip to Wichita, I would recommend this home.

Lots of space

We very much enjoyed staying at this home. We appreciated the plentiful space and the personal touches from the hosts. They were great to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, spices and coffee. They have made it very easy to move in and have a functional space to call home. Would happily stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. Check in process was easy. The owners were very responsive and quickly answered any of my questions. We had plenty of room for everyone! There were a couple of closet doors and door to A/C or Hot water heater that was off. I contacted the owners to let them know, that's how it was when we arrived. It is a seasoned how, that has been beautifully decorated and updated. I'd stay here again.
