Welcome to your sprawling 5,248 sq. ft. mountain estate, perfectly designed for multiple families or large groups seeking an unforgettable Yosemite adventure. Nestled on a spacious lot in the exclusive Pine Mountain Lake (PML) gated community, this home is a destination in itself, boasting top-tier amenities for all ages.
This quaint villa combines comfort with a brilliant layout that makes group stays easy and enjoyable. Whether youâre relaxing indoors or planning your next outing, this nice retreat welcomes you with open arms. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
Ultimate Entertainment: A dedicated Game Room with a Pool Table and Table Tennis for hours of friendly competition.
Dedicated In-Law Quarters: A separate complete living area with its own upgraded kitchen, bar, and fireplaceâperfect for multi-generational families or added privacy.
Total Comfort: 5 full bathrooms, including a primary suite with a steam shower and jetted tub.
Chef's Dream Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern kitchen with quartz countertops and top-of-the-line appliances for preparing group meals

Guests will have private access to the entire 5,248 sq. ft. home via a smart lock with a personalized code.
Access to Pine Mountain Lake (PML) Community:
As our guest, you are entitled to use the many private amenities of the Pine Mountain Lake Association (PMLA):
PML Gate Access: We will pre-register your vehicle(s) with the Main Gate. Upon arrival, you will check in with Security and pay the required PMLA Guest Access Fee (currently $50 per vehicle per week or similar rate, subject to change by PMLA).
Community Amenities: Your gate pass provides access to:
The Private Lake (swimming, fishing, non-motorized boating)
Three sandy beaches (Marina, Lake Lodge, Dunn Court)
The seasonal community swimming pool (summer only)
Golf Course (greens fees apply)
Tennis/Pickleball Courts (reservations may be required)
Equestrian Center and Hiking Trails.
Parking: Crucial: Street parking is strictly prohibited by PMLA. You have private, dedicated parking for up to 4-6 vehicles in the driveway. No exceptions.
Other things to note
As a rental in a private, gated community (PML) and Tuolumne County, strict adherence to the following rules is non-negotiable:
Maximum Occupancy: The property is strictly limited to 18 guests overnight (children count). Exceeding this limit will result in immediate termination of your rental agreement and fines.
Quiet Hours: Strict Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise, music, or loud conversations must not be audible from the property line. Please respect our neighbors, as violations are subject to PMLA fines.
Parking & Vehicles: Absolutely no street parking is allowed at any time. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway or in the garage. Violators will be towed at the guest's expense.
Fire Safety: Due to the high-risk fire area, no wood-burning fires or charcoal BBQs are allowed outdoors. Only the provided propane BBQ may be used, and it must be at least 10 feet away from any structure.
Wildlife: We are in a mountain setting with local wildlife (deer, bears, etc.). Do not feed the wildlife. All trash must be secured in the provided bear-proof containers or kept inside until the scheduled pickup day.
No Smoking: Smoking (of any kind) is strictly prohibited inside the home.
