You’ll have exclusive access to three distinct accommodations - the spacious Cedar Lodge, the cozy Quail Cabin, and the charming Stone Cottage. RVs and tent camping can also be arranged for larger gatherings, and yes, your dogs are welcome so your furry friends can join in on the festivities (just a heads-up - additional fees may apply).

Some booking platforms allow you to book up to 16 guests. The Cedar Lodge at Quail Crossing -

*Primary bedroom: Memory foam king bed. Plus, a twin sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair for when you bring along the extended entourage. Enjoy the en-suite bath with a jacuzzi tub (bubbles included), private gas fireplace, and a private balcony. Start your mornings here, pretending you’re in a coffee commercial.

*Second upstairs bedroom: Queen bed, twin daybed with trundle, and yet another twin sleeper sofa.

*Entertaining Pub Room: Wet bar meets queen Murphy bed in this clever, multipurpose hangout space. It’s a private bedroom by night, and a full-bar by day. Bar is equipped with Karaoke, big screen TV, and darts.

*Extra roll-away bed available as well.

Dining and entertainment:
*Gourmet Kitchen: Soapstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, Viking range, and space for 10-14 people to gather, because one thing is clear: you’re going to eat well here. No matter the time of year, the Quail Cabin is your base for relaxation, nature, and adventure.
*To help our cleaning team get the home ready for the next guest on time, please ensure that all furniture is returned to its original place and all dishes are washed.

Since our crew is small, they unfortunately don`t have the extra manpower to move heavy items or tackle dishes while maintaining their high cleaning standards. Please note that an additional fee will be assessed if these items aren`t taken care of. Thanks so much for your understanding

*There are absolutely no destructive parties allowed. This beautiful, luxury property is intended for family gatherings and group events, but not intended as a party property. Not only is this our policy, but Air BnB has instituted a global party ban on all parties; read here:

*There is no smoking anywhere on this property. We are in a very high fire area. There will be a $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking.
*Be Water Wise. We are on well and septic. There is a draught. Do not let water run while doing dishes or brushing teeth. Limit showers to 10 min. Only flush toilet paper in the toilets. No sanitary products or flushable wipes.
*Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm – 8am daily.
