Matthew, thank you for sharing your experience, we're so pleased you loved our home! It's good to know it was a good fit for your party and the location served you well. That said, we apologize for any areas you felt needed some TLC and we shared your comments with the local manager. Please know that you could have reported your concerns during your stay and our local team would have been happy to remedy them. Our manager noted that they checked the screen for the jacuzzi tub and found that the GFCI that controls this was tripped. The reset button was pressed and this resolved the issue. We apologize for any noise disturbance due to the pipes and a handyman will be scheduled to look under the home to see if there is any issue causing the noise to occur. Additionally, all the exterior door locks were checked and found to be working and information about the locks is available in the guest portal under unit-specific instructions. The home had every outlet replaced by an electrician recently and no outlets are missing a cover. They did note that there is a cable box with TV/Internet cables coming through the wall but there is no electricity or exposed wires. To clarify, the HVAC thermostat controls the heating system and is fully adjustable but there is no air conditioning in this home due to the cooler climate. We're sorry that you found the LED oven display hard to read and we reached out to the homeowner to see if this can be remedied. Regarding the WiFi, it is a brand new Starlink system (the best/fastest available in the area) that was installed by a qualified technician. When tested throughout the home the wifi is consistently over 50mbps download at the slowest points and up to 250+ near the modem in the master bedroom. It is normal for speeds to be slower as the wifi is extended throughout the home to reach every corner. Even at the slowest speeds the wifi is still more than fast enough to stream, download, or video conference. We’re sorry you had an issue finding the garbage disposal switch. It is just beneath the kitchen sink, right next to the disposal. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to host you again.
