This townhome is a rare end unit with a one car garage, partially covered driveway, and 4-5 guest parking spots across from the unit. The top floor has the Aspen themed king master bed, with a day bed that can covert into a queen, and a large master bathroom with tub/shower. The Sailboat themed guest room next to the master upstairs has a queen bed, along with a twin over full bunk and its own bathroom, also with tub and shower. The main floor is made for the music lover, with instruments ready to play (even some for the kiddos!), comfortable sectional seating, a brand new kitchen, and a stone fireplace. It has a main floor bathroom with shower for those staying downstairs to use! It has two decks, one of which is fenced in, so the dogs can safely hang outside. The lowest level has the entrance from the garage, and the 'forest' den. It features one twin bed, along with a twin over full (futon, brand new memory foam futon! very comfortable!) bunkbed.
All floors have radiant heating that keeps everyone cozy and comfortable! The community has a small clubhouse with 2 hot tubs for guests to share, along with many trails nearby to explore. We supply basic toiletries and hairdryers in each bathroom. There is a pack n play kept in the guest bedroom. We have sleds in the garage! The panoramic views from the master bedroom and the front deck are picturesque!
