The Space:
Tucked among the alpines trees, this charming one-bedroom home offers space for up to 6 guests to stay for your mountain getaway. The home is filled with large windows flooding the space with natural light and views over the trees, and includes access to fantastic shared amenities. After a day of adventures, return to the cozy rustic retreat and relax in the living room by the fire, or head over to the clubhouse where you can enjoy a swim in the indoor pool or play some games in the game room. This home is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun in Breck!
Enter the home either on the lower level, or up the stairs that are located on the side of the house by the garage. The living space of the home is all situated on the upper level, where you will find a space filled with natural light and exposed wood panels, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. You will first come to the spacious living room, a dynamic and colorful space with 2 couches and 3 plush chairs providing plenty of space for your entire group to hang out together. Warm up by the fireplace while you take in the views out the large windows, or enjoy your favorite movie or show from the TV that includes a sound bar. At night, you can turn this dynamic space into an additional sleeping area, with both couches doubling as pull-out beds.
Tucked in the corner of the living room is a round-table with four chairs, making for a cozy place to enjoy a meal, or work on some puzzles. Adjacent to the dining table is the fully-equipped kitchen, where you will find a pass-thru window with a bar stool connecting the two spaces. The chef in your group will find everything they need to prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen with spacious countertops and ample cabinet space, and a full range of cookwares including a crockpot and a blender.
When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find a spacious bedroom just down the hallway off the shared living space. `. Comfortably located near the bedroom is the home’s full bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity with under the sink storage space, and a bathtub/shower combo.
Rounding out the home is a peaceful patio area located off the lower level entryway. This outdoor space is surrounded by trees and has a BBQ and a patio table with 4 chairs.
Guests of this home will also have access to a range of fantastic shared amenities that include an outdoor basketball and tennis ball court, an outdoor patio with furniture to sit back and enjoy the scenery, and a clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse guests will find an indoor pool, a game room, a fitness room, a lounge area, and an office space great for anyone needing a quiet spot to catch up on remote work.

Guests will have access to the entire home and 3 parking spots. Guests also have access to shared amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the lovely Summit Cove neighborhood, providing the perfect starting point for hiking, biking, and skiing adventures. The serene area places you near Keystone Ski Resort, Keystone Golf Course, Lake Dillon, and Arapahoe Basin. With just a 6-minute drive you can be on the River Run Gondola ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jumping onto the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. Keystone Resort is a 16-minute drive away where after a day on the mountain you can enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 10 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also 20 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafés, and shops.
Getting Around:
The home has a bus stop located just over a 10-minute walk, where you will find the Summit Stages FREE bus' Summit Cove stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. For those with a vehicle, during the winter months make the 16-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for some excellent skiing, and in the summer hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead which is just a 6-minute drive from the home. You are also within a 30-minute drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 7-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 8 minutes and Frisco is a 15-minute drive. From this condo, you can also be at Breckenridge in under 25 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes.
Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. There is a portable A/C to assist in making the home comfortable in the summertime.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
