We had an awesome weekend! The location was absolutely perfect for a trip to Dillon, especially for a concert at the amphitheater. Super easy check in/out, easy parking, nice amenities, and a very friendly host! The unit could probably benefit from a good deep clean but overall was wonderful. We would definitely return!

Great fun and views!

This location was breath taking! We enjoyed being close many amenities, and we were right across the street from the amphitheater, which was great! Would highly recommend anyone stay here in the future, and we hope to be back as well!

We stayed at Lakefront Haven for a full month and had enough time there to truly experience the place. We absolutely loved it. Here’s why:1. The location can’t be beat for skiing. Keystone is 10 minutes away, Breck, Copper, and A-Basin are less than 25, Vail and Beaver Creek are less than an hour.2. The area is fantastic. You’ll have easy access to anything you might need and lots of entertainment in Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco. We are sad to have missed concert season at the Amphitheater but imagine it’s spectacular! There are plenty of hiking trails nearby and walking around the lake is lovely. 3. The condo itself is nicely updated and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable. The back patio is delightful and great for people watching and enjoying local wildlife. 4. The host Richard is great - he is very responsive and was accommodating when we needed cleaning supplies for the month. 5. We loved using the games and puzzles stored in the dining room cabinet. The only inconvenient thing we noticed was the bedrooms facing the parking lot. Since it’s a ground floor unit (which we prefer) noise and lights from cars coming and going late at night were disruptive to sleep on a few occasions.Overall, we highly recommend Lakefront Haven and will absolutely stay there again if we are back in the area.

Mom and daughters get away

Thoughtfully accommodating, we did not want for anything. We enjoyed the lake, live music, shopping, walk ability to good food, pool, hot tub and hammock lounging, it was a great place to stay in a great atmosphere.

Dillon stay

Super location. Beautiful views. Quiet and safe. My 12 year old daughter and I visited the area for a relaxing getaway. The owner and manager were very responsive and the stay was wonderful. The property had everything we needed along with super cute decor. If we visit the area again, we would definitely love to stay here!

Stage Side Lake Viewa

We chose this property primarily for its location, as we attended a concert across the street at the Dillon Amphitheater (Alison Kraus and Union Station), and wanted to bike, hike, dine, and paddle all without ever having to get in our cars! It was perfect for this and we spent the majority of our time sitting on the deck looking over the reservior and the mountains. We could hear every, lovely note of the concert the next night from our patio too--free concert! It was peacful and quiet whenever the shows were not in progress. We were there for the music! We enjoyed the layout allowing separation of two couples, each in their own ensuite. We would love to return!

Dillon lake condo

We were in town for my wife’s surgery through the Steadman clinic. The ASC was in Dillon just 4 minutes from the condo. This condo was great as it is on the first floor with no steps to navigate on crutches. The location just next to lake and amphitheater was nice. The condo itself is updated and clean. Perfect for our pre and post surgical stay. The kitchen is welll outfitted and the 2 bedrooms are comfortable. Little far from the slopes if you are looking for ski in ski out. We would happily return.

Nice place with great views!

Nice updated unit with incredible views. I didn't read any reviews prior to booking. If I had, I most likely would not have booked. The "3 Bedrooms" is intentionally misleading. There are two bedrooms, two baths, one living room with a pull-out couch and one kitchen. My group was flexible so we made it work. Otherwise a great property with no issues.

Cameron, Thanks for the feedback. I re-evaluated my listing and found that I had entered the information about the sleeper sofa incorrectly within VRBO, and as such the listing was improperly displaying the number of bedrooms. This has since been corrected. Thanks again for bringing this up so I could remedy it. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!

Not the best, not the worst

The description of the property was misleading. We searched for 3 bedroom, which this said it was. Much to our dismay, this was only a two bedroom. It is on us that we did not read the fine prink that indicated the third bed space was the living room. The second negative was that there was no true coffee maker, only a Keurig, and no toaster. We think a toaster is a given and the property owner should privide one. The bathrooms are equipped with add Alexa light/fan fixtures which would be great if they actually connected to Alexa. We finally got the master bathroom light to turn on but the fan never did turn on the four or five days we were there. The most disturbing thing however was the mouse droppings that were found in the kitchen cabinets specifically underneath the sink and in the master bathroom cabinet drawers

Alexi, I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your stay. I have reviewed the listing and it clearly shows that there are two bedrooms and one sleeper sofa in the living room. I wish you had reached out to us with any issues as I could have helped you with the light & Alexa (although we do post instructions in wash bathroom), and I could have also explained that the microwave doubles as a toaster. With regard to the coffee maker, we do have a Keurig as you mentioned, but would be happy to consider other suggestions. As far as cleanliness goes, that is not typical of our property as we take that very seriously and strive for five stars every time (shown by our reviews on Airbnb 25+ 5 star reviews). I will be reviewing with my cleaning team to ensure quality. If you’d like to discuss further please feel free to reach out to me via VRBO.
