Perched on a knoll in Bethlehem, only 15 mins to Cannon and Franconia Notch, 25 mins to Bretton Woods and Loon, and 12 minutes to downtown Littleton, you will find this newly renovated mountain lodge overlooking the peaks of the White Mountains. Every room opens to a private balcony, and the very large deck is perfect for sunset views. Minutes from great skiing, hiking, mountain biking and charming towns, it's a cozy four-season retreat for relaxing, exploring, and reconnecting with nature. It's air conditioned and pet-friendly, too!
The home is on two level. On the main level, you will find an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, a mudroom with washer/dryer, four bedrooms in two separate wings, and two full bathrooms (both with heated floors). But that's not all! Head downstairs to find a Game Room, which doubles as a bonus sleeping space with a queen daybed and TV with cable for a cozy hangout. In addition, you will find a lounge area with comfortable seating in front of a pellet stoveâa favorite aprĂšs-ski nook. A half bathroom is also located on this level for added comfort. The magic doesn't end there. Head outside to find a very large main-level deck with mountain views and private balconies off every bedroom!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to our home, with a few clearly marked areas reserved for maintenance or owner storage (such as utility and storage rooms or closets). These areas are not essential for your stay and will not affect your access to any amenities.
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Driving and access in the winter:
Winter in the White Mountains can be beautifulâand occasionally intense! The driveway is plowed after about 3 inches of snow (typical for NH), and once accumulation exceeds a foot, our plow team also clears our deck. Since the living and dining areas overlook the deck, you might see them early in the morning after a snowy night. Shovels are also provided if you prefer to clear a bit on your own. A bucket of salt is also provided near the entrance for guests to use if the stairs get icy. Cars and mid-size SUVs can park below the deck with direct access to the house from the ground level, so there's no need to take the exterior stairs during snowy weather.
If your car doesn't fit under the deck, please park to the left of the entryway stairs, as close to the deck as possible, so there's room for snow removal. Only one vehicle fits there. If you have larger or additional vehicles, please park to the right of the entryway stairs, keeping close to allow the plow to pass safely.
For comfort and safety, 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter months.
Access and mobility considerations:
Please note that the main level of the house can be reached either by exterior stairs or by an interior staircase from the ground level. Because of this layout, the property may not be suitable for guests using wheelchairs unless assistance is available.
Recent renovations:
The Lodge has been completely renovated inside, with new finishes, bathrooms, and expanded deck and balconies. The exterior siding will be replaced once weather allows, but the home is otherwise fully refreshed and beautifully updated for your visit.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 p.m. and Check-out is at 11 a.m.
-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.
-A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival.
-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.
-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.
Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
-Dogs are allowed (5 max), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet.
-Dogs should not be left unattended in units if there is potential for them to bark and disturb neighbors or damage the property.
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.
-Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, with beds made and fresh towels waiting for you upon arrival.
-There is AC (mini splits)
-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces.
