Propre et confortable chalet de 2 chambres et 2 chambres, situé au coeur des montagnes blanches, près de tout ce que le New Hampshire a à offrir. Juste au loin 93. Seulement cinq minutes de la ville de Littleton et à 15 minutes de la ville de Lincoln. Près de la randonnée, du ski, des sentiers de motoneige, du golf, des lacs, des rivières, des attractions familiales amusantes et un parc aquatique, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. La disposition est la suivante: SOUS-SOL: sortez le sous-sol fini avec la salle familiale, (Équipé d'un grand écran plat TV table de billard DVD et système de jeux Wii) Poêle à bois, Demi-cuisine, chambre avec une (couchette pleine, lit double supérieure et Un lit gigogne) salle de bain complète et laveuse et sécheuse. NIVEAU PRINCIPAL: Salon à aire ouverte, salle à manger avec foyer au gaz confortable, cuisine, chambre à coucher (lit queen) et salle de bain complète. TROISIÈME ÉTAGE: dispose de deux chambres confortables, une avec un (lit king) et une avec un lit jumeau à deux lits qui se transforme en roi et un lit jumeau séparé) et un demi-bain. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un WiFi. L'extérieur a une grande promenade autour du pont et du gril. La ville dispose également d'une piscine communautaire, d'un parc et d'un terrain de basket. Cette propriété est parfaite pour toute saison! Idéal pour une grande famille ou un couple qui cherche à s'enfuir.

The house was perfect for a quick overnight stay with family prior to a day at Santa’s Village. Everything was clean and the house was easy to find and conveniently located right off the highway.

I hesitate to leave this review. Very nice place, and we had a fun stay in spite of issues. When we arrived, it hadn't been cleaned from previous users! Wet towels on the bathroom floor, dirty bathrooms, kitchen floor & counters, child handprints on windows, doors, & mirrors, and tortilla chip crumbs in the made up king bed! Also, no Wii as advertised, and TV / cable box was all unplugged (I fixed). We reached out to the owner before leaving this review, but received no response in 24 hours. We would like to stay again, but only if problems dealt with.

Fun escape

We had a great time at this house! It was very clean and well set up, with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing reunion. The fact that there was three bathrooms was so helpful. There were plenty of comfy spots to sleep and the huge couch was great for all of us to watch a movie and chill. The kids loved the swings outside and the bumper pool table. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

Great stay, however property not fully as described

We had a great stay at this VRBO, we were comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negatives we experienced were a lot of dust in some the rooms, the downstairs floor would collect moisture during rain, and the barbecue grill was not available as described in the listing which forced us to purchase a $100 grill so we could prepare the food we brought. This was an unfortunate thing to learn upon arrival but we had a good time otherwise and would recommend the stay as long as you have that in mind!

Not as expected

We stay 1 night we were 2 families with young kids, we came to visit the Santa's village in Jefferson. The location is great but not really clean, I am sorry to say that house need a deep clean and some stuff to update like the bath faucet which is glued to the wall, plates broken, games incomplete or broken. Also we had different info on how to access the property, wrong codes, this need also an update.

The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly

As former owners of a retreat chalet property, we prided ourselves on the cleanliness and conveniences we offered our customers. Therefore, we are leaving this detailed review in the hopes that the owners of this property take a hard look at things that could be done the improve the customer experience.... The Good: Great, safe location; easy to find. Enough room for our family of nine. Nice outside sitting area. The Bad: No A/C (we knew this when we booked the property.) It gets hot upstairs during the summer! Wrong door code sent in welcome email; Oven light inoperable; hair dryer switch broken (main floor bathroom); We were only able to get Netflix on the main floor TV. (there were three remotes, and no instructions for use, so we could not figure out how to access anything other than Netflix). The Ugly: All floor fans were filthy; 2 gallons of half eaten ice cream from former renter was left in freezer; Pasta cooking pot had pieces of pasta stuck inside on the bottom from previous use. Range vent inoperable and filthy; dirty scrubbing pad/sponge left on sink when there were brand new ones under the sink. Bottom line: While the property was indeed "adequate" for our needs, suggest owners take a fresh look at the property and do a serious deep cleaning

Great location

Enjoyed our long weekend stay at the property. Had a Minute of trouble with the door code but called the number provided unfortunately at 1030 at night and the lady was very helpful and kind over the phone. Got in and had no issues the rest of the weekend and our crew enjoyed skiing at Cannon Mt and seeing the Ice Castles. Everything was a quick drive to get to. Will Def stay again.. thank you.

Great stay

We used this property for a visit to the ice castles and it was perfect. Only about a 20 minute beautiful scenery drive away. House was perfect for our needs. 6 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. A few minor issues that were resolved quickly by Amy and John. Great communication. We will be staying again for our next ice castles trip!

Beautiful home in good location

Recently spent a weekend at this property and we really enjoyed the layout and location. Amy was quick to respond when we had an issue entering the home which I was thankful for! Only thing that left some to be desired was the cleanliness of the home. I don’t blame the property owners for this as they obviously pay a cleaning person but for the cleaning fee we paid I expected a bit more. Nothing egregious and I would recommend to anyone looking for a place near Franconia Notch!

Good stay

Good location for leaf peeping; close to Franconia Notch, Sugar Hill, Littleton, etc. Polly's Pancakes 5 minutes away and other good restaurants right down the road. The home was well stocked and comfy. Will stay again if in the area.

Too small for 12!

I liked the area and the ground, it's very quiet and closed to the mountains. But that house is not big enough for 12 people. I would say 10 max. Also there is not enough dishes even for 10 people. For the rest everything is ok. Nice terrace and fire pit. 3 bathrooms is excellent. Ps: The couch in the basement should be a 2 men bed, but it's impossible to sleep on it because of a metal bar in the middle.

Good for large family

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It functioned very well for our large family, and was cute and clean. Before arriving we had a little trouble "decoding" how many beds/sizes of beds there were in the house, so when we arrived there ended up being one less trundle twin-to-king than we expected, but luckily we had not planned for anyone to sleep on any of the couches so we were able to utilize those and make it work. I could not open the lockbox for the key as instructed for check-in, but with a quick phone call to the very responsive and cheerful owner was able to access the house without issue. We would definitely return; the property was able to accommodate our group and was only a short drive from Santa's Village.
