The Space:

The open layout is perfect for relaxing and gathering. A bright, fully equipped kitchen welcomes you with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar for four or dinner at the dining table for six. The cozy living room features a wood-burning fireplace and opens to a private patio—ideal for enjoying the crisp mountain air after a day on the slopes.



For your ski gear, a huge plus is the convenient ski locker located just beside the main front door, allowing you to quickly store and dry your equipment. The home's design thoughtfully separates the communal living spaces from the quiet sleeping areas, ensuring a restful night for everyone. Every detail, from the books in the bedrooms to the GameCube in the loft, is aimed at making your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.



Sleeping Arrangements:

This condo offers flexible sleeping options across 2 bedrooms, an upstairs loft, and a sleeper couch in the living room.

• Bedroom 1 (Lower Level): Queen Bed

• Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Queen Bed with a mirror closet and shelves of books

• Loft Bedroom (Upper Level): Twin over Full Bunk Bed, Smart TV, GameCube with games

• Living Room (Main Level): Queen Sleeper couch



Bathrooms:

• Full Bathroom (Lower Level): Single vanity, shower/tub combo.

• Full Bathroom (Upper Level): Vanity, walk-in shower



Things to note:

• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the Villa parking lot. Note that it is unassigned parking and is first come first serve.

• Communal Coin Washer and Dryer: There are two communal washers and two dryers are available Inside Mammoth View Villas Mgmt office. Access code for the electronic lock is 5021.Payment is through an app call “CleanPay Mobile”, instructions and QR codes are posted in the laundry room. The laundry room closes at 9:30 pm

• Shared community charcoal grills are only available during summer months.

• Spa Hours are from 2:00pm - 9:30pm. Located in the Mammoth View Villas Mgmt office on the second floor. Access code for the electronic lock is 5021. Amenities include: Outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna and changing rooms, a ping-pong table, foosball table, and common area. *** Do not bring glass cups, bottles, or anything breakable into the hot tub area !

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

• Access to this condo requires climbing flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Unit is located on the 2nd floor.

• Shuttle Access: short walk to Canyon Blvd allows you to catch the red line shuttle up to Canyon Lodge

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Complex Quiet Hours are 9:00pm - 8:00am.

• Due to Mammoth's remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
