The open layout is perfect for relaxing and gathering. A bright, fully equipped kitchen welcomes you with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar for four or dinner at the dining table for six. The cozy living room features a wood-burning fireplace and opens to a private patioâideal for enjoying the crisp mountain air after a day on the slopes.
For your ski gear, a huge plus is the convenient ski locker located just beside the main front door, allowing you to quickly store and dry your equipment. The home's design thoughtfully separates the communal living spaces from the quiet sleeping areas, ensuring a restful night for everyone. Every detail, from the books in the bedrooms to the GameCube in the loft, is aimed at making your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

-Loft Bedroom (Upper Level): Twin over Full Bunk Bed, Smart TV, GameCube with games
-Living Room (Main Level): Queen Sleeper couch

- Full Bathroom (Lower Level): Single vanity, shower/tub combo.
- Full Bathroom (Upper Level): Vanity, walk-in shower
Things to note:
- Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the Villa parking lot. Note that it is unassigned parking and is first come first serve.
- Communal Coin Washer and Dryer inside Mammoth View Villas Mgmt Office. Laundry Room hours: 8:30am-9:30pm
- Shared community charcoal grills are only available during summer months.
- Spa Hours are from 2:00pm - 9:30pm.
- Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
- Access to this condo requires climbing flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Unit is located on the 2nd floor.
- Shuttle Access: short walk to Canyon Blvd allows you to catch the red line shuttle up to Canyon Lodge
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
