Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am genuinely sorry that your stay did not meet the standard you expected—or the standard I expect for our guests. I take tremendous pride in our property and in the experience we provide to the families and guests who choose to stay with us. Unfortunately, on this occasion, some areas were clearly overlooked during the turnover process, and I sincerely apologize for that. When you reached out, my intention was never to imply that cleaning the refrigerator was your responsibility. I am sorry that my communication came across that way and that I was not able to respond and resolve the situation as quickly as I should have. While I wish there had been a little more grace in how this experience was characterized, I also understand that you were disappointed, and I respect your right to share that disappointment. This has been an exceptionally busy summer for our small, locally owned business, but that is context—not an excuse. I believe strongly that when something falls short, you acknowledge it, learn from it, and make it better. We have addressed the concerns raised and added to our inspection procedures so that future guests receive the experience we work very hard to provide. I am grateful for every person who chooses to stay with us, including those whose feedback gives us an opportunity to improve. I sincerely wish you and your family well.
