Key West’s summer sun can make pool water feel quite warm, though the description “burning hot” does not reflect our usual guest feedback. We also want to clarify that no one from our organization took any towels. We cannot account for the conversation you mention about someone being fired, and it should not be attributed to our team. If your unit was short a towel, we would have gladly delivered additional towels—we keep plenty available for our guests. Please let us know about any shortages during your stay so we can address them promptly. This property typically receives very positive reviews, and we regret that your experience fell short of the comfortable, welcoming stay we aim to provide.
