• We are proud to serve a clientele which appreciates our home as if it were theirs. Thank you for booking with us and thank you for responding to messages. Communication is important to us. When booking, please let us know who will be joining you during your stay.



• This property has a Garage Studio Apartment separated completely from the Main House by a 6ft fence. We usually rent it out to traveling medical professionals who are background checked and verified. If UNOCCUPIED during your stay, we will let you know. Otherwise plan a quiet guest residing on premises. You may notice occasional food deliveries. The Main House (YOU) has FULL USE of the driveway. Garage Studio is STREET PARKING ONLY.



• Please no 3rd party bookings - meaning you must be the one entering/staying on the property the entire time.

• Sorry, no pets. However, our other property right down the street (Edgewood Place) DOES accept pets. 

• A Security Deposit of $100 will be charged on your credit card 1 day before arrival and held until 1 day after departure.



• This home has not been designed for young children. There are lots of small art pieces and breakables. Not all furniture is anchored to the wall, and there are no Pack 'n Plays. We leave the decision to bring children up to our guests. By staying at Woodward Place, you accept all risk and responsibility associated with having children on the property. Please make sure everyone is safe and secure at all times.



• You must be at least 25 yrs old to book our home or a RENTAL LEASE is required.



• Added security cameras (outside only) are there for your safety and peace of mind (outside monitored & recorded 24/7).
