**Phoenix III is scheduled to undergo an Elevation Preservation Project from September 8, 2026, through March 2027, weather permitting.
Phase 2A: Sept. 14, 2026 to Feb. 20, 2027: Walkway flooring repairs and waterproofing. Guests should expect loud construction noise, including jackhammers, grinders, and chipping equipment.
Phase 2B: Painting of the north elevation walls and ceilings. Minor grinding and construction noise should be expected.**

Welcome to Phoenix III 3156, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 926 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. This beachfront retreat delivers breathtaking views and the relaxed coastal lifestyle you've been searching for.

The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding glass doors, filling the space with natural light and providing a seamless connection to the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals—from quick beach snacks to full vacation dinners.

The primary bedroom offers private balcony access and its own en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also includes an en-suite bath for added privacy and convenience. Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Step onto your private balcony to enjoy gentle Gulf breezes, vibrant sunsets, and peaceful mornings overlooking the pristine shoreline and shimmering waters.

Guests at Phoenix III enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball goal, convenience store, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. Phoenix III also shares amenities with Buildings I–IV, offering an even wider range of features to enhance your experience.

Room had a beautiful view of the beach. Host was very responsive. One of the bedrooms was warm and the door had to be left open and fans going to allow air to circulate. The space was pretty small but had everything we needed.

We loved the location to the pools and beach, and the views from the 15th floor! And inside, we really enjoyed the bench-style table that allowed for plenty of room to spread out for meals and games.

Perfect location and right on the beach. Super clean and well maintained. I had everything I needed.

I will definitely be staying here again. The ‘pull out’ couch was perfect for my younger boys. The view from the balcony was amazing. Clerks and attendants went above and beyond to make it a great stay.

The condo was for the most part was as expected. It fit the needs we had for 4 adults and 2 children. My biggest issue was that the guest room stayed significantly hotter than the rest of the condo with the ceiling fan on. We were thankful for the box fan, but it still made little difference. It is possible the ceiling fan was set on the winter setting rather than the summer setting to have it blow downwards. There were also no oven mitts which we didn't catch beforehand to grab while we were at the store. Check in and out was easy with no issues. The large table was a highlight for our trip and the balcony view was AMAZING! Although one of the elevators quit working during the stay they quickly got it fixed and it didn't impact our trip. Overall, it was a great trip.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic, and being on the top floor gave us such a beautiful view. The condo was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the banquette seating—it was such a great touch! The space worked perfectly for our family of four, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again!Just a couple of small notes for future guests/owners, and neither took away from our stay at all: the couch is beginning to show a little wear, and the master shower door only opens about halfway because it hits the toilet. Very minor things in an otherwise wonderful condo and a great stay!

This condo was exactly what we needed for our party of 8! The beach view was amazing! We actually saw dolphins from our balcony nearly everyday we were there! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony especially in the mornings. The room was very clean, cool, nicely decorated. The kitchen & washer/dryer was super handy we used both during our stay. The pool was very nice & easy to get to from our room. We were super impressed with the property & would highly recommend to others. The property was in a great location super easy to get to things in both Orange Beach & Gulf Shores. This was one of the best beach vacations we’ve had in a few years!
