Such a beautiful place! I will definitely be back. Very clean, and nice view. When I had problems connecting to the WiFi, the host was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Definitely recommend!

The livingroom furniture is awful. It is completely worn out and spent our time when in the condo sit on wood chairs at the kitchen table.

Great place! Easy walk out to the beach, not crowded at all. We weren’t able to utilize the dishwasher to aid in checkout cleanup but that was the only issue!

We go to the beach every year and this is hands down the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. I was immediately hit with a dirty smell that was attempted to be hidden by a clean smell. The floors were SO dirty the bottoms of my toddlers feet were ACTUALLY black. The water smelt like pee. The chain lock was broken upon arrival. There were hardly any pots and pans to cook with. If you’re bigger than 120 lbs, good luck taking a shower in the stand up shower. The only positive was the beach access and the kiddie pool. Will never come back here.

Great unit overlooking the west side pool and beach. Direct access to stairs and short walk to the elevator. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels. We would definitely book again.

Overall clean but update is needed on kitchen appliances, couch, beds. bedding and iron. Very small bathroom in primary bedroom. Loved walking outside and taking a few steps to be on the beach.

Beautiful beach and pool view. Loved the rocking chairs on balcony. The rooms were clean but the furniture throughout the condo needed updating. The building itself is older and that's understandable, but it could also use some maintenance. My Host was wonderful! I had an issue getting into my room the first day, but they were able to fix it and send Grif over to make sure. Overall, I'd stay there again!!

We had a great time. We love being ocean front and near the stairs. We love Sugar Beach because it isn't a high rise. The 3 pools are GREAT. If I had any complaint at all, it would be about needing more cook wear. We wanted to boil fresh shrimp but there was no large pot. There was only one frying pan. Could have used one smaller and one larger. We love to cook and Lartigue's is just across the street which is a big selling point for us. We will def be back next year! GREAT CONDO!

Sugar Beach 245 was a perfect condo for our 2 night stay. Beautiful ocean views. The beds were OK. The furniture in general needs updating. The master bathroom is small with a small shower, but the 2nd bathroom had a tub/shower and was fine. Kitchen was small, but useable. The condo is a low rise so it is not as busy as a High rise which is a nice bonus. Pool lights from the nice lazy river/pool next door and SB pools did shine into the room some. We saw 2 dolphins playing one morning so you know how close you are to the ocean on the balcony. The balcony does not provide much privacy with the pool right there, but once you get over that the view is great. The location is great in Orange Beach but also close to Gulf Shores, restaurants as well & Gulf State Park. The parking was convenient, even though you had to pay 35 and there is not a parking pass with this condo. There is a little 'Sugar Shack" at the condo by the pools and it was great to have. I highly suggest the BLT not toasted! It has burgers, dogs, candy, ice cream and alcoholic & non alcoholic options, CASH only but there is an ATM right there. One of the pools was heated. There are restrooms in the parking area which were decent and very convenient so you don't have to run up to the condo if you are at the pool. Beach access was super easy. Overall, besides the need for updating, I felt this property was good, convenient and I would stay there again.

The location was almost as good as you can get. We loved waking up to that view and being a very short walk to the beach. We didn’t love getting stuck in the bathroom due to the broken door or the giant ice block in the freezer. The condo was a little run down but was clean. The kitchen was stocked with the basics but wasn’t quite what I would call fully stocked. The freezer door seal was loose so nothing would stay frozen but would refreeze at times meaning we would end up with a giant block of ice in the ice maker. Management offered to send someone to look at it but, by the time we realized what it was, it was almost the end of our stay. Also, the master bathroom door was broken and we would get stuck in there if you closed it completely. Management was aware of this problem but unable to do anything about it at the time. Overall, It’s not the nicest place we’ve stayed at but if your priority is a place on the beach with a view but not a high-rise, and you don’t plan on spending much time in the condo then, this may be for you.
