Pet Policy
•⁠ ⁠Pet fee: $100 per pet for stays up to 7 nights / $150 per pet for stays of 8 nights or more. Fees will be collected separately after booking confirmation.

•⁠ ⁠Weight limit: Up to 75 lbs per dog.
•⁠ ⁠Breed restrictions: Certain breeds may not be permitted. Please message us before booking to confirm your dog qualifies.

•⁠ ⁠Furniture & beds: Pets are not permitted on any furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet bedding.

House Rules
• Shoes off indoors (shoe rack by the entrance)
• Parking: Driveway fits 4 vehicles; street parking (but crowded on weekends)
• Lights: For safety, please leave the front porch light on at night and at checkout
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. Evidence of smoking will result in immediate cancellation, and a minimum $500 fee
• Maximum Occupancy & Age Requirement: Renters must be 25+ years old. Families with children under 25 are welcome. The maximum occupancy
must be respected, and any additional guests require prior approval.
• Alcohol: Excessive drinking not allowed
• Parties and events are not permitted
• Respect the home. Excessive mess, or behavior requiring deep or biohazard cleaning will incur additional cleaning fees
• Damage responsibility: Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage, missing items, or repairs beyond normal wear and tear
• Checkout instructions must be followed
• Booking confirms agreement to these house rules.
