Open concept 5 bed 3 bath modern house with plenty for all! Big bedrooms with nice size beds for a good night rest after being out in the hot Tampa sun. Coming to relax? There are six lounge chairs to lay out by the pool where you can dip and cool off. Newly added outdoor shower to rinse off and end the evening with our garden lighted gazebo as you sit around the fire place and catch up over a nice drink. If that is not enough relaxation we do have a zero gravity massage chair that will do the trick!

One kayak provided for you to use in the canal that leads directly out to the bay. Got kids to entertain? Have the young ones compete over minigolf in the back yard or a few rounds of video games and skee ball in the kids room. The kitchen is a chefs dream with everything needed to host those big family gatherings.

Newly added features for your enjoyment. There’s a blue tooth speaker system outside the lanai under the tv.

New heater for the pool, even though settings will be for 80 degrees, it may feel different due to weather, wind or if it is overcast. There is an outdoor shower to rinse on and off before getting into the pool, it’s a cold water system.

Great home for family and group gatherings for stays such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, and reunions.

Please be mindful of the quiet hours between 11:00 PM - 7:00AM.

You can pair it to your phone by flipping the silver switch to the on position and a tiny blue light should come in next to the switch. If the light is red please flip switch off then on again and the light should turn blue, which will bring you to pairing mode. Please look for the “BT” profile on your phone’s Bluetooth setting and pair to it. You will now be able to use the system to play music from your phone.

Please know that even though the pool is set at 80 degree temperature+ wind, weather, sunny, overcast could also make the pool feel different for everyone. It might only feel that way when it’s super hot and sun is right above. In the winter time it seems like the warmest is around 11:30-2:00pm:). Unless the pool heater has been turned on all day.
