The Rockledge Billiard House

The Rockledge Billiard House is conveniently located adjacent to the Rockledge Country Club golf course. It`s just a brief 5-mile journey to the Space Coast Stadium and less than 10 miles to the beach, making it an ideal destination for large groups seeking relaxation, leisure, and perhaps a round of golf!

This home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests with its bedrooms and pull-out couch. It boasts a variety of features, including a pool table that easily converts into ping pong, a cozy fireplace in the master bedroom, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and the convenience of a washer and dryer within the unit. Additionally, there`s a 1-car garage available for all your storage needs.


The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a convenient queen size trundle pull-out bed. These rooms share a bathroom, providing ample space and comfort for all guests. A Pull out sofa is also for guests to use, thats a twin size.


Kick back and unwind in the fully screened-in porch, complete with comfy chairs and loungers. The backyard backs right onto the golf course, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the entire home, including the garage, porch, and backyard during their stay.

This home sits on a cozy residential street right next to the golf course. You`ll find townhomes on either side and an apartment complex just across the street.

This home comes with a convenient 1-car garage, and there`s also plenty of space in the driveway to accommodate a few more vehicles.
