I can’t say enough great things about Kim, the house, and Marco Island. I’ve used VRBO dozens of times and this listing and its pictures are the most accurate I’ve ever seen. It’s simply a beautiful house on an amazing island. I can’t say enough about this property. Rent it - you’ll be so glad you did!

Paradise Palms definitely lives up to its name...Paradise!The house was welcoming, spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were fluffy, not cheap white towels you get in some rentals, Appliances and electronics were top notch and easy to use. Pool was refreshing for afternoon swim. Backyard dining area was great for coffee and tv in the morning, Very close to many shopping centers, restaurants and the beach.Great communication with owner.Kim thought of everything! Can't wait to go back!

370 Regatta was the cutest beach house for our family of 4 Marco vacation. It was clean, well equipped with anything you would need, and had all the extra touches. We especially enjoyed the outdoor lights on the patio with the pool lights at night!

An absolute wonderful stay! The house and amenities were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. The enclosed pool deck has western exposure so plenty of sun all day. We lounged on floats while we watched some TV! Kim was very responsive and helpful with a few questions about the place. Marco island never disappoints! We look forward to staying again!
