The family-friendly space located in a quiet cul-de-sac, features new flooring, windows, doors, smart TVs and a spacious living room with a large TV. Outdoor features include a screened-in oversized heated pool and BBQ-equipped lanai. Beach gear-such as chairs and umbrellas, bikes, and fishing poles are provided. Enjoy the canal-side setting with a boat dock, sun deck, and lounge chairs-a nice retreat.

Escape to our charming Southwest Florida getaway, a recently renovated 3-bedroom haven situated along a peaceful canal. Embrace the coastal vibes and tranquility of this waterfront oasis tucked away in a quiet cul de sac, offering breathtaking views. Our vacation home is strategically placed near Marco Island's pristine beaches, top-notch restaurants, and convenient shopping options, ensuring a well-rounded retreat for our guests.

For those with an inclination towards exploration and outdoor activities, we offer bicycles and fishing poles for our guests to utilize, adding an extra touch of adventure to your stay. And for those drawn to the water, the home includes a convenient boat dock and sun deck, creating the perfect setting for soaking up the sun or enjoying the tranquil waterside ambiance.

Guests will have easy access to the property through an electronic door lock, ensuring a hassle-free check-in process. Additionally, a garage door opener will be provided for guests' use, offering secure and straightforward entry and exit to the property's garage.

Great Week

The property had everything as advertised. Location was great, the pool was clean, having the dock area was great and communication with the property manager was easy. . Will definitely come back

Lovely property

The house was great for us and Marco Island is easy to get around by car. It is well equipped in the kitchen and in the garage for recreational equipment. We had one other couple from our home town stay with us for a few days and it was perfect for visitors.

Perfect beach house

Awesome experience overall. Perfect location as well, really close to the beach and the islands for an afternoon boat ride.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for a family to stay. Good location to restaurants and beach, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was equipped with bikes, beach chairs and a wagon to get it all there! We enjoyed the pool so much , too. House was clean, nice towels and beds slept well.

Accommodating for beach vacation

Plenty of toys included in rental 5 bikes kayak pool floats beach chairs diving fins, boogie boards, etc etc . My husband insisted mentioning as a guests we have NO CONTROL over the thermostat in the house …for example we go to bed when it’s freezing (not complaining) but then we wake in the middle of the night sweating!!!! The thermostat is programmed to change in the middle of the night . Also the 3 front door steps are steep and there needs to be a handrail available even a handrail is need going Down 3 steep Steps into the garage area … it’s an accident waiting to happen …. Personally one bedroom provides 3 single beds which includes a trundle …. Alllllll 3 matressss need upgraded so guests don’t wake up with sore backs … I have slept on awesome twin beds that felt like a cloud these felt like a hammock .. sagggging …. Not suitable for adults … would not want to rent this property again because of beds …and although the master en-suite is fit for a king …. there is very low water pressure in master king bedroom shower … the other full bathroom was great! Overall, location, amenities, all supplies, fufffy towels, living room and dining room very tasteful and outdoor living area very suitable for gatherings . We had a good time
