Park & 2nd has been totally remodeled into a clean, light, open space.

Perfect for family gatherings or business travelers. Our kitchen has been updated with state-of-the-art induction stove top and two ovens for those who enjoy the art of cooking. We are a short walk up to 2nd street, the main street of Belmont Shore if guests decide to go out to dine. 2nd street has over 200 restaurants that run from Belmont Shore into Naples. 2nd street is great for taking a stroll or doing shopping in some of the unique one-of-a-kind boutiques.
Each of our three bedrooms has plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a private in-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower.
The middle room has a 43" 'smart' flatscreen and the third bedroom features a twin size day-bed with trundle perfect for the kids.

Because parking can be tight in this bustling area of town there is a private parking spot for guests in the back alley, alongside the garage. (garage is for owner use only.)
We also have an outdoor shower by the garage perfect for those days at the beach or rinsing your pup off after visiting Rosie's dog beach a short walk down Park Ave toward the ocean.
Or you may just want to lounge on our front patio and enjoy people watching. Whatever you like to do whether it is going to the beach, the bay, shopping or dinning we are just a walk away. You don't ever have to get in your car if you just want some fresh air, a good walk, or to catch some sights!
