À propos de cet hébergement

La Villa Paradiso est une maison rénovée située dans le quartier de Waters Edge, à proximité du centre-ville de Rosemary Beach, à seulement 1,5 pâté de maisons de celui-ci, du côté de la plage de 30A. Notre quartier est situé en face des cabanes commerciales de Seacrest Beach et à pied ou à vélo de la plage d'Alys! La Villa Paradiso est la cinquième maison de la plage, à environ 50 mètres de l'accès à la plage privée du quartier. Au début de 2019, nous avons remplacé toutes les portes et fenêtres, peinturé à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, installé de nouveaux porches, installé un nouveau système audio Sonos à la pointe de la technologie et un nouveau barbecue. Nouvelle palette de couleurs pour l'extérieur de la maison - gris avec garniture blanche et accents bleu clair !!!

Nous avons une piscine privée qui peut être chauffée pendant les mois froids de l'année avec beaucoup de sièges à l'extérieur. Cette maison de plage dispose de toutes les commodités modernes de votre maison avec Wi-Fi et télévision par câble. Notre maison est livré avec une chaise de plage tous les jours pour 2 personnes qui comprend 2 chaises de plage, un parasol et une table d'appoint.

La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur un espace familial à concept ouvert comprenant un grand espace de vie familial, une nouvelle cuisine et une nouvelle salle à manger. Il y a un demi-bain pratique dans le couloir de la pièce à vivre. Le premier étage de la chambre principale a un lit king-size avec salle de bains et est situé à l'arrière de la maison avec son propre porche privé.
Le deuxième étage Master a un lit king-size avec salle de bains et a son propre porche privé. Le deuxième étage comprend également une chambre avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés qui partagent une salle de bains privative avec un coin superposé intégré de 2 lits - un total de 6 enfants peuvent dormir dans cette partie de la maison!

Un loft au troisième étage a une télévision et un canapé avec un joli porche assis avec vue sur l'eau.

Second Stay this Summer

We stayed at this property once in June and enjoyed it so much we came back at the end of July! The house is exactly as listed (if not better than depicted in the photos) and just perfect for my family. It’s a close walk to the beach with the beach chairs/umbrella included in the listing. It’s a quieter neighborhood with the gate which we appreciate and still in the middle of everything once you walk out of the gate. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating which I was very appreciative of. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Property Close to Everything

This was a wonderful house for my family of four which includes two little kids although easily holds more than one family with the nice bonus of having two King masters. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and the beach is a very quick walk. I enjoyed how quiet the property was late night as the neighborhood is gated yet in the middle of Rosemary and Seacrest for easy access to shops/restaurants. The house was exactly as listed in the photos and we would definitely rent this property again.

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, wonderful pool and short walks to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer! Private Beach access was a short walk - less than 2 min!

This was our third year to rent Villa Paradiso so clearly we love it! It’s comfortable and clean and perfectly located. We are always so happy there and feel it can’t be beat. We look forward to making many more family memories there in the future!

Wonderful home and location

This is a lovely, clean, and well-stocked home in a prime location! We loved having easy access to the beach and having the small, private pool at the front of the house. As other reviewers have said, the kitchen is especially well-stocked and we also appreciated that there were beach toys. It worked so well for our family of two adults and two very young kids. Beth was so responsive and helpful, including coordinating with the service that delivered our rented crib and high chair. We would love to come back!

Great for families with teens

We took our teenage daughters and their friends for Spring Break. Loved this location right next to Rosemary Beach so all the restaurants and shops are close by but it’s a gated community with private beach access. The house was so cute and plenty of room for everyone.

Property was in perfect shape. Friendly owners. I would highly recommend this property as we have stayed in Water’s Edge a half dozen times and by far our best experience.

Fantastic Week!

Great House

We had a wonderful time over Christmas! The house is fabulous and the location is perfect. Very short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and we liked how the bedrooms were spread out. The privacy was nice, we never woke each other up.

Villa Paradiso stay June 6 - June 13, 2015

Our family had a wonderful time at Villa Paradiso. The house had all the amenities that we needed; the pool was great. The beach access is great. The Water's Edge neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We definitely will return to this house. I highly recommend it.

A piece of paradise!

Our family stayed in Villa Paradiso with my sisters family last week and it was perfect! This was our 3rd year staying in Waters Edge and Villa Paradiso did not disappoint. The kids loved having their own bunk area and we adults loved having 2 master bedrooms. The home is beautiful and perfectly equipped for a great stay at the beach. The Owners were also really easy to work with and prompt in all communications. I would highly recommend this property.

This is our second time at Villa Paradiso. Great location. Beautiful!

Owners are great. Location is perfect. Property located in Seacrest but right across street from Rosemary beach shops and restaurants. House is clean, well kept and stocked with every appliance and utensil imaginable. It was a little chilly but we were still able to get sun on the beautiful top deck and took advantage of the heated pool. Short walk to private beach. If you are looking to stay in the Rosemary Beach area, you cannot do better than Villa Paradiso!

Great Stay

Our family stayed at Villa Paradiso for a week and had a wonderful vacation. It's always nice having your own pool. The pool is small but that was no problem for us as we were there for the beach. The house is well equipped and there is a lot of space. Parking is tight, but doable with coordination. The house is within walking distance to the stores and restaurants that are on 30A. The area is becoming more congested so make sure you take your stuff out to the beach early to make sure you get a good spot. We definitely will look to rent again.

Wonderful

This was our second stay in the gated community of Water's Edge. We absolutely love this small subdivision. It is located in an area that is close to the heart of Rosemary Beach. We enjoyed morning walks in Rosemary and Alys Beach. The walkway to the beach from back of house is lined with beautiful palm trees and takes only a couple of minutes. The house was clean and well maintained . Kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals and every appliance was in excellent condition. Owners were easy to work with and always prompt with replies.

Perfect Place!

This was the second time we stayed in this house and won't be the last! As we often travel with another family, one of my favorite features is that there are two master bedrooms. Another plus is that the 6 twin beds are truly twin sized and we had 6 teenagers sleeping comfortably. The property was very clean and nicely stocked. Another benefit is the location of this property to restaurants and shopping, all in walking distance. Last year, the steps that led to the beach ended in a constant pool of water. It was so nice to see that they were rebuilt and that there was a locked gate at the top for Water's Edge guests only. Another great vacation!

We said multiple times: best location!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. The layout worked beautifully for our family and the location to the beach and all that is Rosemary Beach could not be beat. There were a ton of college parties and bachelorette parties next to us, but you couldn't hear them once the sun went down. We love the HOA for that reason alone. We never worried about our kids exploring and giving them freedom. The house was incredibly clean. We wish there had been a starter set of soap, shampoo and conditioner so we didn't have to run to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. If that's the worst thing to deal with, we completely won. Everything else we needed for a lovely stay was there. Communication with the owner was not only easy, but delightful. She is gracious and attentive. I will not hesitate to reserve this home again.

Villa Paradiso Perfect for Everyone!

We stayed in Villa Paradiso this past week. Our group was comprised of 6 people (grandparents, my husband, me, a 6 year old and a 3 year old). The house was fabulous and totally updated! The small pool in the front of the house was perfect for after the beach b/c it was shaded in the afternoon! The first floor master was perfect for my parents (65 years old) and had its own on-suite bathroom with a stand up shower. We chose this house due to the bunk bed room being on the same floor as the 2nd master bedroom. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed (beach towels, beach toys, pool, pool toys, starter set on toiletries). It takes a few minutes to get from house to beach and was so easy with my 3 & 6 year old! The house is 100 steps to the beach gate and then about 100 steps down to the beach. We paid $130 for an umbrella and 2 chair set up on the beach for 7 days....they take reservations starting in March of each year, so book early! The Waters Edge Beach had only 1 row of chairs/umbrellas set-up, so everyone was right in front of the water. The other communities to the left and right had several rows of umbrella set up and were much more crowded. This was the absolute BEST location! You can take a 10 minute walk to Rosemary Town Square (or 2 min. drive) or just walk across the street to restaurants, bike rentals, beach stores, candy store, etc in Sea Crest. We walked/ran the 30-A trail each morning and it was so pleasant. The Publix and Winn Dixie is a short drive away. My only advice is either to NOT go to Publix on Saturday when you get there because it is CRAZY. If you do go to Publix, make sure to preorder your deli meat before you go (line was over 2 hours long for Boars Head Turkey!) We learned you can preorder it and just pick it up. I also would maybe try the Winn Dixie that is right across the street as it is less crowded. Pick up seafood at Goat Feathers II in Sea Grove (about 10 minutes down 30-A) if you want to eat in. The salad/pizza at Cowgirl Kitchen in Rosemary town square was great too! Also, the shopping at Sea Side/WaterColor is great (5 miles/25 minute drive), but be prepared for traffic on 30-A. The Destin Silver Sands Outlet Mall is prefect on a rainy/cloudy day and is a 30 min. drive. Water’s Edge is BEST location…..close to Highway 98 and it is on the part of 30-A with no congestion. Water’s Edge beach is also less crowded that the other beaches! We would definitely rent again!

Thoughtfully stocked

House was stocked thoughtfully so that a great trip could be had by all. Towels and linens were extra plush and soft. Kitchen fully stocked. Sonia speakers throughout home, great feature.

Five stars!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Paradiso. The house seemed bigger in person than what the photos show online. There was plenty of space for four adults and four children. Two pack-and-plays, a baby booster seat for the dinner table, a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances (even a Keurig, large closet spaces, plenty of space in the rooms. Beach access was super easy and quick. The Sonos system was awesome and easy to connect to. Beth was extremely responsive anytime I reached out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We are a fun, loud, Italian family!! :) Our parents came from Naples, Italy in 1968 to live the 'American Dream.' We have always loved to travel as a family and have seen some great places around the world. Our favorite destination? The BEACH! When we visited 30A for the first time many years ago, we were hooked!
