The house is perfectly located just steps away from the private beach access. The steps to the beach are a challenge for anyone with lower body joint issues but it is what it is, the dunes protect the homes so it should be expected. The house is great for multiple families to have their own private rooms, however there is not enough seating on the soft sofas for all so be prepared to sit at the dining room chairs or breakfast bar stools. Some parts of the house need some touch up paint here and there but overall it is in good shape and very comfortable, with a nice sliver of an ocean view between the condos to the right and home to the left. We did have two bottom floor bedrooms with insects so you might need to have the home treated by pest control. Found a roach in queen room and millipede in bunk room bed. We took pictures if you need them. The property management company was very quick to answer all our questions. The entire vacation was a win for our family and friends, the location within walking distance to Rosemary beaches central shopping and dining is absolutely perfect. Such a family friendly town with plenty to do right here or short drives to other beach towns, stores, grocery etc. we will definitely be coming back as this was one of our most favorite vacations ever!
