Charming Cottage Stay

I stayed at the cottage for a couples getaway weekend. Greg and Maureen were so kind and welcoming. The cottage was adorable and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The location couldn’t be better (only 7 minutes from downtown Main St in Hyannis). I highly recommend!

Great location

Great location and wonderful hosts! We were close to everything yet out of the hustle and bustle. Beach access was priceless! Our dogs loved the yard and walking close by.

Anniversary getaway

When we arrived Greg had a bottle of Champagne and flowers for my husband and I for our 20th wedding anniversary 💕 Greg was an amazing host, the property was beautiful and just what we wanted for our getaway. It's so close to the beach and downtown hyannis

Comfortable cottage perfectly located

The tiny home was perfect for the two of us with our dog and cat. Our hosts, Greg and Maureen were welcoming, helpful and responsive. Everything was just as described and depicted in the photos. Although the weather was not conducive to sunning and swimming, the close proximity to the beach gave us many opportunities for morning and evening walks. From our cozy cottage we easily explored all Cape Cod had to offer.

Excellent Location

We had a great time on Cape Cod. The cabin was in a great location and Greg was awesome to work with. The cabin is in his backyard, but feels private. It’s small, but what we needed. If you need to hang out there all day, cook all your meals there, etc…it might be a challenge. If you’re like us and just need somewhere quiet to land, brew coffee and eat light then it’s perfect. It was clean and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. We would use it again.

Wonderful little cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay in this wonderful little cottage. The location is terrific and our hosts were friendly and attentive - communication was very easy. We reported an issue w the grill and they took care of it immediately, which allowed us to go ahead with our evening plans. The hosts were really terrific with our dog enjoyed the large shady yard. We were appreciative of the little oil heaters at night and loved sitting out on the patio and visiting w friends. We will definitely be back.

The property was lovingly cared for but dated.Having to go downstairs to use the bathroom at night was interesting. We can’t say enough about how welcoming the hosts are and the location is fantastic if you love beaches.We visited 8 of them in one day!

This place had it all! Beautiful property, close to the beach, and walking distance to the beach home location of our family reunion. The owner was there to greet us and make sure things were to our liking, and he told us about the history of the home. There were also beautiful, fresh flowers on our arrival...a welcoming touch! I originally booked the cottage just for myself and my dog, but my cousin and his wife also joined us. No worries! We had plenty of space!! It was quiet, just the right amount of space, with a beautiful outdoor sitting area. I will definitely be back next year! It also offers a spacious outdoor shower - perfect after a day at the beach, but also quite pleasant on those warm early fall days!

Patio area - great for a quiet breakfast.

(We are a 73/67-year-old very active couple)We are very glad that we selected this venue. Reasonably-priced. Within walking distance of Craigsville Beach (where we walked for hours.)The owner/host Greg is a real hoot! Excellent communications before the trip. Very friendly and gracious. Lives next door, so very available to handle any issues. Very well-connected with the Cape Cod area, with many recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. Greg is very gracious!!!

Exceptional value and service from host! Minutes to the ocean located in a quaint neighborhood. Pet friendly with a large yard and neighborhood to walk your dog. Very clean and comfortable cottage.

Love the cottage!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Cape Cod while in town for a wedding. The location is perfect as it is just a short walk to the beach, and close to everything we needed. The cottage itself was spacious, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The bathroom worked great for getting ready for the wedding, and the space overall had a cozy, welcoming vibe.Greg and Maureen were fantastic hosts. They are so friendly, communicative, and incredibly responsive. We truly appreciated how easy they made everything from check-in to checkout. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
