Adorable chalet de 2 étages avec cuisine en granit, planchers de bois franc en bas, salle de bain complète, et un salon avec futon et TV HD au premier étage avec curseurs vers la pierre patio avec barbecue à gaz et ensemble de patio pour les repas en plein air. Deuxième étage est une chambre spacieuse de la taille de la maison. Douche extérieure également disponible. Plage passeport inclus pour toutes les plages de Barnstable, internet fourni, air conditionné inclus et animaux acceptés.

Great location!

Cute little beach cottage in walking distance to the beach and pretty central location. Friendly checkin with the owner. Nice space with good amount of amenities, mini split units for A/C, and nice yard for my dogs. I wasn’t a fan of the bed (a little too firm for me), but maybe some people like firm beds!

When we arrived Greg had a bottle of Champagne and flowers for my husband and I for our 20th wedding anniversary 💕 Greg was an amazing host, the property was beautiful and just what we wanted for our getaway. It's so close to the beach and downtown hyannis

Beach day anyone?

The property was amazing. Greg took the time and discussed the history of how the cottage became a piece of the property. And who used it. The beach is literally a very short walk (even shorter car drive). Stores were readily available if needed. Thank you Greg and Maureen for the relaxing stay!!!!!! Much needed.

My wife and I couldn't have had a nicer time staying at this cottage. Our host was fantastic (many thanks) and his tips for the area were much appreciated. The property was great, the location in the area was quiet and convenient. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A little bit of heaven

Charming cottage fully equipped within walking distance to a magnificent beach. Gracious hosts. Quiet neighborhood with fine dining and shopping nearby. You’ll want to stay longer and come again!

Cottage close to beach

This is our second time staying at this cottage. It's convenient, comfortable, and the hosts are attentive. This trip we saw the herring run in West Dennis. There are so many sights and activities within driving distance.

Cute cottage

We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage, it was clean and the area was nice, being off season made less traffic but a lot of places were closed for the season which we anticipated before arriving. Although I realized this before our stay the bathroom is on the first floor and main bedroom is upstairs. It was just my husband and I and we didn’t care but maybe having a robe with me would have been nice. Lol. Close to beaches which was a plus for me even off season, because who doesn’t like a nice beach walk on a cool morning to see sunrise?!?! The owner made sure there was a crock pot there for me so we could enjoy chili after a chilly day! All in all I’d say this was a great place to stay!

Cosy at the Cape

Great cottage in an amazing location on the Cape. Greg and Maureen are wonderful hosts who want to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Walk to the beach, short drive to ferries and shopping. Cottage has everything you need for great holiday.

Owners were very generous with time and made sure we had everything. Beach pass is good for driving but we walked; walking distance to beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Unit has AC (heat pump) but we used fans. Would love to visit again.

Excellent Location

We had a great time on Cape Cod. The cabin was in a great location and Greg was awesome to work with. The cabin is in his backyard, but feels private. It’s small, but what we needed. If you need to hang out there all day, cook all your meals there, etc…it might be a challenge. If you’re like us and just need somewhere quiet to land, brew coffee and eat light then it’s perfect. It was clean and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. We would use it again.

Cape Cod Cottage

Booked this cottage a year prior and was so happy that I did. You can never plan Mother Nature but we had a wonderful trip. The hostess were wonderful and very helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed some local flavor and even took a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. In the evening’s we enjoyed the out door shower and then sat by the fire to unwind. So much more to see, we will be back one day.

Place was so cute just what we were looking for. Bonus got to bring the dog. Greg is very nice. Weather was rainy but beach is close by. Would love to stay again.

Great Hosts!!!!!

Greg and Maureen were super hosts. They were great with our dogs and played in the yard with them. The advice they gave about local restaurants was perfect. The beach was so close you could totally walk there. We would love to revisit the area.

Cape vacation

Perfect cottage in mid cape. Waking distance to the beach. Parking pass included allowed us to go to multiple beach in Barnstable. The cottage was a great size for 2 people and had everything we needed. Outdoor shower was a nice perk. Greg and Maureen were friendly and gave great advice about things to do and restaurants to eat at. We will definitely be renting this property again!
