The Space:

THE SPACE:



Bedrooms:

- Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is on the far right side of the home, off the dining area, tucked away for privacy. The bedroom has minimalist design features, built in headboards, and splashes of color.

- Bunk Bedroom: The bunk bedroom is the perfect kids room with splashes of color, a low tier bunk bed, and fun design elements! This room shares a bathroom with our other king bedroom.

- King Bedroom: The king bedroom is locked all the way to the left of the home, also to the left of the front door. This room shares a bathroom with the bunk bedroom.



Bathrooms:

- Our 2 bedroom bathrooms are standing showers, with smaller design elements. We provide luxury high end towels and shampoo, conditioners etc for your stay!

- We have a common area half bathroom off of the dining room for easy bathroom access after the pool, or to wash up before dinner!



Living Areas:

- We have a very open concept home, with concrete stability and earth quake proof level of security. The dining room sliders open up with distraction free views directly through the sliders to the pool. We have a tv in the living room , viewable from the dining room, and kitchen!



Outdoor Areas:

- The outdoor area has a pool, above ground hot tub, and fire pit for all the perfect amenities for enjoying with your significant other, family, or business partners!

Other Things to Note:

THINGS TO NOTE:

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address



* Pet Fee is $100 per pet

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.



Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
