The entire home, EXCEPT the indoor fire place and the supply closet in the kitchen. Please do not tamper with the supply closet locks.

Garage is accessible to guests only for laundry.

If you are low on any supplies (towels, toilet paper etc.) or encounter any issues, please reach out to the hosts.

Other things to note
MAXIMUM GUEST CAPACITY
The total capacity allowed in the home without additional fees is 10. Additional fees ($20 per person) apply beyond 10 guests, with a max capacity of 12 guests. Please ensure guest count is accurate when reserving the home, including any pets.

SMALL GATHERINGS
Small gatherings are welcomed but please reach out to the hosts with details as a deposit may be required. Max of 15 for small gatherings, however only 10-12 Max may sleep over.

All house rules and checkout instructions are to be followed when hosting small gatherings. Please be considerate of noise levels to respect our neighbors. There are no DJ’s, professional sound systems/speakers or microphones allowed. No usage of drugs or weapons. No adult filming.

NOTE: PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF PARTY IS DETECTED, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE HOME WITHOUT A REFUND.

PETS
A max of 2 pets, 50lbs or under are allowed for an additional pet fee ($70 per pet).

INFANTS/CHILDREN
Infants and children are welcomed. Please ensure you include the child in the total headcount and ensure adult supervision is present around the pool area.

PROHIBITED ACCESS & ACTIONS
Note - Parking cars, accessing supply closets, or moving items around in the garage is prohibited. Garage is to be accessed only for laundry or in the event of an emergency (i.e. evacuation and/or accessing the home if the Smartlock code is non-functional due to unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, low batteries etc.).

PEST CONTROL
Note - Our home is treated both inside and outside for pest control purposes. However, due to the home's close proximity to the creek and the humid Texas climate, some pests/bugs/bees/wasps/mosquitos may make their way into the home. Please help us limit their entry by keeping doors and windows closed, disposing of trash, and avoiding meal consumption in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

CREEK WILDLIFE
Note - Due to the close proximity to the creek, especially in the summertime, there may be some wildlife (raccoons, cats etc.) in the outdoor spaces (front of home or yard). You may hear them at night as the creek creates a sound tunnel. Please note that they may dig through the trash bins at times. Our trash pickup is once per week. If there are any issues with trash that has been scattered due to rummaging, please let us know and we will work with you to control this issue.

Our home is a 1548 sq ft home , with a 6534 sqft lot, that was built in 1981. It has gone through some upgrades within the past 2 years, as shown in the photos.
