From booking to the check out process our host was kind and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the pool and backyard set up. We were beyond pleased with our stay and look forward to our next stay.

Checkin was super easy with a keypad access on the front door. House was spacious and plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with both dishes, silverware and pots/pans. The back deck and pool were great to beat the Texas heat. Located in a charming neighborhood close to so many great Dallas attractions.

We went down for volleyball national tournament and had a fabulous time! The place was quiet, clean, and a great location to Kay Bailey Convention Center! Great communication with property management! Only feeldback is grass could have been cut before we arrived and it was kinda expensive to have an earlier check in. We will visit again! Thanks for letting us host the volleyball team for pizza and pool time!

Great week long stay for a volleyball tournament at the downtown convention center. Plenty of space for our group of 10 family and friends. The kids especially loved the pool!

Beautiful house

The house and pool are beautiful! The beds are so comfortable! Plenty of bathrooms for a large group! Lots of pool towels which I would not have thought about it! The kitchen is well equipped, however the fridge does not have a lot of space, we had trouble fitting all the food and drinks we bought. Overall great stay!

Great space

There were a few issues but Siri was on top of everything! She was so apologetic and easy to work with. The house has a perfect lay out for people that need multiple beds and would like a staycation.

Great for large group

Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples. Communication with the owner was excellent. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived, however once we made the owner aware of the issue, she immediately had a pool cleaner come out. There were plenty of amenities for cooking. The house was spotless.

Family Bday Party

This house was amazing! The setup for a big family was perfect for us. Having the pool and hot tub made it even better. The covered patio was awesome. We spent most of our time in the back yard and loved it.

Nice but ..

Overall the house was great! The pool table was used ALOT by the big kids, kitchen was well stocked, and the pool outside was great for the little (and big) kids. However, the weeds were VERY tall outside, the patio was slippery and had no table to eat on. We had fun family time together, though, so thank you!

Fantastic Stay in Quiet Neighborhood in Dallas

Fantastic stay near downtown Dallas. The home was spacious, clean, and provided several activities suited for friends or a family. The pool and hot tub were great and having a pool table added to the fun. Overall, great experience and the property manager/owner checked in throughout the stay to ensure our experience was positive.

It was just ok

It was our first time using this app. Love the app the property however was ok at best. Utensils had stuck on food the pool net was broken the lights to the lighted sign for photos did not work and it wasn’t specified that you have to message property owner to turn on and off the hot tub. Although I do understand we didn’t want to bother someone off and on to turn it on and off so we just didn’t use it. Saw a lot of better options way cheaper than this one. Will definitely plan ahead next time and do better. I hope the property keeps an eye on the extras it uses as selling points to rent the property.

Very comfortable for our group

This property was very nice. We had 9 people staying at the property and it fit us perfectly with the 3 king beds and 3 queens. The beds were very comfortable and the pool table and pool provided good entertainment as well as the patio area. The host was very responsive with requests. The group was used to a 11AM checkout but made the 10AM work for our trip although it would have been nice to have an extra hour. The wifi worked well too, but the TVs had a pin that made it hard to download apps to watch any streaming services on so I would suggest bringing a fire tv stick or something similiar. (we wanted to watch college football) Overall it served our needs nicely and we really couldn’t have asked for much more outside those tiny changes.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay in this great house. We had 3 generations and everyone had plenty of room. The kids loved the big bedroom upstairs and we're able to watch a movie up there while we had something else on downstairs. The pool was the best part with the heat we've been having. The outside areas could use a little attention though. There was some broken, sagging concrete by the pool and what looked like some kind of metal sticking up near the fence in back behind the pool. With little kids, we had to make sure they stayed away from it. The owner was very easy to work with and even called me one evening over a small issue we had trying to get the spa going. Overall we had a great time.
