From booking to the check out process our host was kind and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Checkin was super easy with a keypad access on the front door. House was spacious and plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with both dishes, silverware and pots/pans. The back deck and pool were great to beat the Texas heat. Located in a charming neighborhood close to so many great Dallas attractions.

Beautiful house

The house and pool are beautiful! The beds are so comfortable! Plenty of bathrooms for a large group! Lots of pool towels which I would not have thought about it! The kitchen is well equipped, however the fridge does not have a lot of space, we had trouble fitting all the food and drinks we bought. Overall great stay!

Fantastic Stay in Quiet Neighborhood in Dallas

Fantastic stay near downtown Dallas. The home was spacious, clean, and provided several activities suited for friends or a family. The pool and hot tub were great and having a pool table added to the fun. Overall, great experience and the property manager/owner checked in throughout the stay to ensure our experience was positive.

We went down for volleyball national tournament and had a fabulous time! The place was quiet, clean, and a great location to Kay Bailey Convention Center! Great communication with property management! Only feeldback is grass could have been cut before we arrived and it was kinda expensive to have an earlier check in. We will visit again! Thanks for letting us host the volleyball team for pizza and pool time!

Great for large group

Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples. Communication with the owner was excellent. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived, however once we made the owner aware of the issue, she immediately had a pool cleaner come out. There were plenty of amenities for cooking. The house was spotless.

Overall the house was great! The pool table was used ALOT by the big kids, kitchen was well stocked, and the pool outside was great for the little (and big) kids. However, the weeds were VERY tall outside, the patio was slippery and had no table to eat on. We had fun family time together, though, so thank you!

Perfect home for a getaway!

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights for a relaxing getaway and let me just say this home is very beautiful. The rooms are very modern and the bathrooms are all beautiful as well. It had all the kitchen necessities and it even has an outdoor pool which we enjoyed very much! The beds are super comfortable and fluffy, my friends said they all slept so good. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful! Parking was no issue, we had 4 vehicles total and we were able to park 2 in the front of the home and 2 in the garage. The host was very communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Overall we had such an amazing time and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway in Dallas, TX.

Very comfortable for our group

This property was very nice. We had 9 people staying at the property and it fit us perfectly with the 3 king beds and 3 queens. The beds were very comfortable and the pool table and pool provided good entertainment as well as the patio area. The host was very responsive with requests. The group was used to a 11AM checkout but made the 10AM work for our trip although it would have been nice to have an extra hour. The wifi worked well too, but the TVs had a pin that made it hard to download apps to watch any streaming services on so I would suggest bringing a fire tv stick or something similiar. (we wanted to watch college football) Overall it served our needs nicely and we really couldn’t have asked for much more outside those tiny changes.

Hello Alek, Thank you for staying with us and for the 5 star review. It is very important to us to make your stay very comfortable. Staying till 11am is reasonable request and I wish you asked. I would have gladly let you stay till 11 am as we had no guest checking in after you. We used to have an 11 am check out time but it was hard for the house keepers to get the house cleaned by the time our next guest checked in if we had a guest checkin on the same day. Therefore, we moved the checkout time to 10 am to ensure the cleaners have enough time to clean before the next guest. In the future, please ask and if you ever come back, your checkout time will be 11am. As noted, we have 6 smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, YouTube and more. Regarding the password on the TV, I wish you asked. You are able to download any free apps however, if it is paid, the charge will be sent to my account. If you asked, we could have found a way to accommodate your request. Also, I only live about 20 mins from the Airbnb so I could have stopped by as needed. Overall you were an amazing guest and we are here to accommodate your needs. Please come back again!!!
