Please note that all amenities are currently closed due to ongoing construction in the building. Construction work is in progress and occurs only during daytime hours, and there is no confirmed timeline for when amenities will reopen. All suites are fully complete and furnished for your comfort.

Future resort amenities will include a pool, hot tub, and sauna.
The gym/fitness center and pickleball courts are now fully built and available for use.

A 4 % non-refundable processing fee applies to all bookings.
For all non-Airbnb reservations, guests are required to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver through our guest app, processed by our trusted protection partner, Truvi. The fee is US$7 per night, with a minimum charge of US$40 for shorter stays

Please note that any lost, unreturned, or damaged FOBs will incur additional charges. The replacement fee is $100 for each FOB.

Street parking and Visitor parking are not permitted for short-term guests. Kindly use the designated parking stall only.
