Brand New 3 chambres chalet près de la piscine, des bains à remous et une aire de jeux

Venez vous détendre dans notre magnifique et nouveau chalet situé à quelques pas de toutes les commodités qu'offre La Casa (piscine, bains à remous, mini-golf, aire de jeux, volley-ball, court de tennis, magasin général et bien plus encore). Ce chalet est parfait pour des vacances en famille.

Le niveau principal offre deux chambres à coucher; lit queen, 1 lit superposé (double en bas, simple en haut), salle de bain, cuisine (entièrement équipée avec vue magnifique sur le lac à couper le souffle), immense terrasse couverte avec vue sur les montagnes avec barbecue et mobilier de jardin confortable.

Le niveau d’entrée comprend une grande chambre avec un lit queen-size et un canapé-lit convertible en lit queen-size, une salle de bains séparée et un grand patio. Tout dans ce cottage est tout neuf.

La plage dispose de chaises longues, de trampolines et de foyers pour le feu, ainsi que de la location de kayaks. Apportez votre VTT ou autre véhicule récréatif motorisé et partez à la découverte des montagnes.

Veuillez traiter ce chalet comme votre maison, ne pas fumer à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du chalet, pas de fêtes ni d'animaux.

S'il vous plaît noter - Juillet et Août 7 nuit minimum, samedi au samedi. Tous les autres mois 3 nuits minimum

great place for family vacation!

This cottage was great for a family vacation with 3 young children. It’s very close to the pool, mini golf, tennis courts, and store. It also came equipped better than any other vacation rental I’ve stayed at - the kitchen had everything we needed including plenty of dishes for the kids. The outdoor deck area was great in the mornings and evenings. Really enjoyed our stay!

I just love this place. It's our second time staying here and I find that it's so well appointed and located. It's a quick walk to the pool, playground, and store. It's just a great place to stay and we will definitely be back! Love the covered back patio for a relaxing afternoon.

Our family had a great time ! The property manager was very thorough and responded very quickly. The location was perfect walking distance to amenities with a short drive to the beach. The home was very clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home.

Had an amazing stay at Julitas home. Everything was super clean and communication with the host was excellent. Great spot for a family vacation. Extremely close to the amenities not even a 5 min walk to the pool and market place. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Great family vacation spot

My family and I rented 2 houses in La Casa. This house was beautiful! The large patio was used every day, as it was raining at times and this still provided us a great way to be outside. Was well stocked + Julita answered questions promptly. Highly recommend!

Spring Girls Getaway 2023

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect for our group. The temperature control between the 2 floors was a little bit frustrating. The lower floor was cold while the upper floor was hot at times. We weren't able to adjust the thermostat at all to try to find a happy medium for both floors but we still managed to have a great time.

Very nice location

Very clean. Convenient, as very close to the pool. A short drive to the lake. This is the flatter side of the resort, so would be good for kids if they want to bring a scooter or small bike. Make sure you have your groceries and bottled water before you arrive. The weather was hot, but perfect for the lake, and the AC worked very well. Mountain view only from this property. If a lake view is a priority the lower half of the resort is better for that. Was very nice not to have to walk uphill to the pool from the lower section though.

Highly recommended rental

Great location with kids, walking distance to the pool, playground and restaurant. The house was cozy, comfy, beautiful inside and out, extremely clean, and looked brand new! We rented another place before that didn't have anything so we came prepared this time. But was pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed and more. The host has lots of extra towels and plenty of necessities. We ate in for half of our stay and could easily cook meals because the kitchen was stocked. The BBQ grill was awesome and we cooked some nice dinners with it. We had a question and Julita was so quick to answer and she's friendly and very helpful! The kids (bosses) were happy and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Wonderful time at this cottage

We had a great time at Julita’s place for 6 nights. She was very responsive to any messages. The property was exactly as described and photographed. Very clean. Everything we needed was stocked in the cottage from coffee maker, chip bowls, kids cups, plates. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the lower level pool.

We stayed at this property while at a wedding in the area. The place was clean, well stoked kitchen and just a nice place! We also enjoyed using the pool and taking the kids to the playground. Definitely a bonus to staying here. Would recommend!

Amazing Vacation

We stayed at Julitas cottage at La Casa and we're so happy with our decision. Julita was an amazing host and super responsive. The property was modern, beautifully decorated, well equipped and very clean. The resort itself was wonderful and a great decision for vacationing with our teen and younger child. 10 / 10 ... would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting our family vacation!

Fabulous property

Top to bottom I highly recommend Julita’s property. She is extremely responsive and beyond that, the property is everything we could hope for. Great layout and the back deck is SO well set up. We loved sitting down in the evening on the well shaded back deck with views of the mountains behind. It was so great. Not to mention the closeness to the pool. We would love to stay here again!

Great summer getaway

We shared this house with another family and it was exactly as advertised. The house was ready upon our arrival (in fact we were informed that it was clean approximately 45 minutes early in case we wanted to check in). All amenities were available for us to facilitate cooking meals and the beds were super comfortable. The only thing we found was missing were a few extra garbage cans within the home. Otherwise, this was a great rental and we found the space clean and a wonderful place to call “home” for our short visit.

Amazing Family Getaway

This was the best cottage we have ever rented at LaCasa! We have stayed in about 8 other rentals and this is the first place that actually lived up to the pictures! They place was beautiful but it was also well stocked with absolutely everything you would need or want. The beds were actually comfortable and the bunk beds were a perfect space for the kids. The big covered deck allowed us to still be outside even when it was raining. It’s located nice and close to the main pool and mini golf. We look forward to renting here again next year!

Great stay! Amazing place!

We had an amazing stay! With 6 adults and 2 kids, the property more than just accommodated us. Everything there including the design, decoration, amenities, appliances, beds and furniture made us feel right at home. Everything including the tableware and appliances were high-end and nothing was less than great. The location is about half an hour drive from Kelowna, but there is a very nice beach, a great pool, mini golf and playground only 2 minutes walk from your front door. Thank you Julita for letting us stay at your beautiful home. Looking forward to coming back next year!
