Ceci est un condo Gulf Front, le balcon donne sur la plage et de l'eau !!! Sur le coin Est avec une vue incroyable lever du soleil !!!



Soyez le premier à vous détendre et profiter de votre séjour dans cette joliment aménagées, professionnellement décoré 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains appartement. Aucune dépense n'a été sparred lors de la décoration de ce condo, avec des armoires mis à jour dans la cuisine, carrelage partout, et un excellent décor!



En entrant, vous ne pouvez pas empêcher de laisser échapper un soupir et laissez vos soucis disparaissent comme vous détendre dans ce condo 2600 pieds carrés. Ce coin plein sud salon a de grandes baies vitrées et vue à couper le souffle du lever du soleil. Un wet-bar, un système stéréo et machine à glaçons permettra d'améliorer toute partie. Profitez également des vues depuis les chambres que chacun a son propre balcon !!



La chambre principale de l'appartement dispose d'un lit king-size, la 2e et la troisième chambre ont des lits queen et la 4ème chambre a deux jumeaux. Il ya aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon sont en fournissant un hébergement de couchage pour 10.



Pour votre commodité, nous avons installé une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous et vos amis / famille ne devez pas suivre toutes les clés au cours de votre séjour!



Profitez d'une baignade dans la grande rivière artificielle, tandis que les enfants passent des heures à profiter de la baby-sitting! La piscine intérieure chauffée est parfait pour les journées plus fraîches. Près de la piscine couverte, vous trouverez un grand état de la salle d'exercice de l'art. Vous avez un parking couvert dans le garage.



Parking: Vous devez acheter votre passes de stationnement à l'arrivée, ils sont une redevance unique de 28 $ par véhicule. Quelque soit l’unité louée chez Phoenix West II, vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à TROIS laissez-passer de stationnement. We noticed how quiet and private our stay was. This is a corner unit, on a high floor, so the balcony is completely private, and you cannot hear guests above or in the hallway while sleeping at all. Even with our sliding doors open, the city was quiet all night. We loved that. We all slept really well here. The air conditioning system was well designed to make our stay as comfortable as being in our own homes. Absolutely amazing comfort we had here. The TV's near the kitchen could be glitchy at times, but that was a small issue for us. We thought maybe the router was not reaching all the way to the living room, but that's an easy fix. Only 1 light was missing a bulb. We found that impressive for a unit this size. All in all this condo and it's amenities were functioning at a top notch level. We would absolutely go back and recommend this to friends!

I stayed here a week with my family. The condo was very spacious and was exactly as described in the listing. The refrigerator and washing machine could be replaced but other than that, the unit was great!

The condo was just as described and pictured online. There were plenty of carts available and lots of elevators making it easy to pack and unpack. The balcony was our favorite part!

Will be back

We usually go to MI every year. But my teen was over it and wanted a place she could meet other teens. This place was perfect for her. The condo, the amenities, it really was everything we didn’t even know we wanted. We had a great time at the beach, the bar made great adult drinks. The condo in general was great and as described. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing that would keep us from coming back. And we WILL be back.

Great condo, spacious & great views!

Rooms very spacious, living areas great. Beds comfortable & spectacular views. Being on 27th floor in high season can be challenging for elevators. But views are worth it. Be prepared to bring all your seasonings, etc... there are no condiments or season gins whatsoever. Very nice condo and very spacious and we rent in Orange Beach several times a year in various locations. Would recommend this one, overall, it is great.

However, it does need some updating and deep cleaning (carpets, drapes, chair cushions, washing machine). There are some minor repairs needed: leaking faucets, hair dryers. The management company is very helpful whenever we needed something or had questions.

One was usually out of service all week...With a condo of this many floors, there should have been elevators dedicated to those higher floors. Can only imagine the wait once Summer is in full swing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. The view was outstanding in the living area. ALL of the bedrooms had a view too! The furniture was great for kids. The beds were cozy and clean. It was super clean and check in, parking, and getting around couldn’t have been easier. The building itself has 3 pools and a lazy river. The walk to the beach from the building took 5 minutes. Excellent beach service. It’s a bit crowded so you have to go early to get an umbrella. Everyone was friendly. There was a lot of cigarette smell in the public areas and unfortunately on our balcony we got a breeze of smoke from another unit. That can’t be controlled though. The washer/dryer and dishwasher could use updates.

Late Summer Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II !! The condo itself is really nice, lots of room and it has an absolutely fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. To top it all off, the weather could not have been better. There are plenty of things to do right there in the condo complex. We grilled out one night, went to the pool and jacuzzi, the lazy river and, of course, to the beach. Due to the time of year, there were no real crowds. We didn't have to wait for anything. There are many restaurants just minutes away. Publix and Walmart Marketplace are just down the road. Everything is really convenient. We highly recommend this condo, especially if you have a large family like we do. The extra space is welcome. We didn't feel cramped at all.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and unit was very clean with furniture in great shape. On the negative side: strong smell of cleaners/disinfectant when we arrived. Almost overwhelming. All of the pillows in the unit were very small and deflated. You definitely want to bring your own with you if you are particular about that sort of thing. Beds are very soft – so if you are in need of a firm mattress this may not be a match for you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in there was a lot of things wrong . Dirty bath mats in bathrooms. I picked up the one in the master bathroom and had to clean under it. f ilthy. Shower stall was so dirty. Candy papers left in bowl on coffee table. Under table in dining area was covered in sand. Chairs around tabled were not pulled out and cleaned under. No sheets for sofa bed.

Perfect Condo for Two Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down to Orange Beach for our Spring Break with another family. We loved the amenities that came with the condo, our kids ages were 7-11, and the Oasis did not disappoint. The condo and the facility were very clean, and there was staff constantly walking around cleaning that we saw. The manager communicated very well through email and text messages. Parking was not a problem and we each had a car. We are already talking about renting the same condo for next year because we loved the space. It had everything we needed and was so much bigger than we expected. I feel like sometimes pictures can distort what the actually space looks like, and we were all pleasantly surprised on how large the condo was. We had planned on going out to eat a couple of times, but honestly never left the Oasis besides to get groceries. The kitchen was big enough and had appliances we needed, and the kids were fully entertained by the beach, pools, hot tubs, and sports courts. Us adults got drinks at the pool bar a few times. We were sad the hot tubs on the 14th floor were being remodeled, but at the same time, you can tell this property has been putting money back into the building, by replacing outdated features, so we really weren't that disappointed knowing we already want to come back next year!
