The Entire Lake House and Garage are solely for Guest Use (with the exception of the owner's closet under the stairs). There are no shared spaces.

Guests will receive their Guidebook with all of our local recommendations for fun things to do and restaurants you do not want to miss!

We send Check-in Instructions 2 days prior to arrival. This includes specific parking instructions, and your unique door code. These details are also in your Guidebook!

Melissa and I are local and are available if you need anything during your stay!

*This property is waterfront on Lake Hamilton. By booking this property, ALL guests agree to use safety precautions when near the water.
It is strongly recommended that all children wear a life vest. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Any use of the facilities are "at your own risk".

*Entergy draws down Lake Hamilton the 1st week of November and fills it the 1st week of March. The water level will be a minimum of 3 feet lower during this time.

We had a wonderful trip. Three couples and three children. Plenty enough room for everyone to spread out. The children loved the game room downstairs. We felt very cared for with all the little extra touches that were done for us. A wonderful home away from home. Enjoyed the kayaks very much! Would love to stay here each time we came for a lake trip. Traveling upstream to the dam and jumping into the water was very very fine. A unique experience.

We were 6 senior ladies going for a girls' weekend. The photos made the living room area seem bigger than it actually was. There was plenty of seating area inside and outside. There were lots of stones in the parking area (big enough for only two vehicles), which led to the front door. The area getting to the front door was a bit slippery due to the stones, but we did fine by taking our time walking down to the door. The yard on the sides of the house was quite steep, but the lake could be accessed by going onto the deck or ground level patio through inside doors. The view was great, and the hot setting sun was hidden behind the trees, so it kept the air cooler. We were there during upper 90 degree temperatures! It was quite serene except for occasional motorboats further out on the lake. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of towels. The showers were great. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, spices and waffle mix...extra bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everyone commented that we should have stayed an extra day!!

We have stayed in a number of these type of rental. Frequently a bit disappointed when we arrive to find the amazingly clean property - isn't (we have frequently spent an hour or two when we arrive, sweeping and dusting and sometimes even washing sheets and towels) and that the cookware is old and rusted and towels are thin and there is 1 roll of tp and 1 pod for the dishwasher, and,,,,But, when we checked into this property we were well pleased. It was better equipped than any property we have ever stayed at. Lots of supplies. We had brought a lot of kitchen supplies expecting a minimal supply of stuff to find lots of coffee, spices, great pots and pans and lots of nearly new silverware and cooking utensils. The towels were almost too thick and everything was very clean. The deck was wonderful and we took the kayaks out for a spin around the island.The deck was a great place for the whole family to sit and text each other on their cell phones. :)

Our family loved the house. Had everything we needed. It was a great location on the lake. We were able to have a guided tour meet us on the dock. The weather was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We appreciate being able to spend a few days there on our family vacation. I would go there again

This is a great place to stay. Location is great with beautiful views of the lake. It was very clean. The host was very responsive upon check in. So many amenities & extras provided. They have really considered everything that the guests may need. Linens & towels were nice and beds comfortable. Great area downstairs for the kids to hang out. Lots of comfy seating everywhere. The dock was convenient for our boat rental & we enjoyed the kayaks too! Our family had a great stay!
