We were five women celebrating a milestone birthday in October 2026. We chose Hot Springs and this house so amazingly suited our "needs". The sunsets and sunrises were spectactular, it was hot during the day but we used the casita by the side with Ceiling fan on. Then moved to the kitchen deck when it turned to dusk. Firm beds, everything provided, including extra fans. The rooms are separate so you don't hear early birds get up. The personalized message was a nice touch.The tables were perfect for when we ate and played games. Some walked to the dock, but it was a bit steep for me so I watched .We would rent again. Location is great. Rules were easy to follow. Owners were beyond great to help, but we didn't need much, just clarification. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Old friends marking a milestone birthday is exactly the kind of group we love having at The 416 on Lake Hamilton. Sounds like you found all the good spots in/around the house to do it. That covered seating area by the garage is underrated, we used to sit there all the time and between the fan and the breeze, it’s really comfortable. We loved our trip at 416 Lake Hamilton Drive. We had a group of 6 women and absolutely loved the property. We all had plenty of room and great common areas to gather and enjoy our time. The kitchen was well stocked and throughout the house there were many items that ended up being useful to us (ie: umbrellas & beach towels)I would certainly go back to this property if we go back to the same area again.Thank you so much! It was perfect for our girls getaway!

This was a beautiful, clean, and accommodating property. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a meal which made cooking easy while traveling. The view was gorgeous for both sunrise and sunset. Would love to come back in the summer!!

The house and contents were super clean and organised with everything you could need. The gorgeous view and a hand-written welcome note from Bill, Kathy & Joe made it all the more special.

House at Lake Hamilton

This stay for our family was wonderful and we had everything that we needed. The owners have absolutely thought of everything and made our stay worry free. My kids loved the kayaks and access to the lake and the view is amazing! Definitely one of our favorite VRBO houses!

We could not have asked for better! The views were absolutely stunning! The house is much larger than we anticipated from the pictures. The sun room was perfect for looking out at the lake and enjoying the scenery no matter the weather. Everything was labeled making it easy to navigate and the amenities were perfect. Had a great time at this house, our kids enjoyed the kayaks and swimming. Really good location close to town and amenities. Fireworks view is as advertised and they have one of the best stocked kitchens and outdoor spaces I have experienced.

Everything was amazing and as described. Very well stocked, hosts were very welcoming and quick to communicate. The views of the lake were beautiful, Quiet and peaceful. Fireworks at night were a plus. Close vicinity and easy drive to everything we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in, the place was spotless, tidy, and so welcoming. It was actually one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided making our stay easy and comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining this property, especially since it was once their family home. Definitely a five star experience. We would love to come back!
