You will have exclusive access to the property, ensuring privacy and enjoyment during your stay.

*Please note there is no bedroom on the main level. This is a true mountain property with many stairs to enjoy all the amenities. Main loft is up one floor, 2nd bedroom & built-in triple bunks are down one floor via a spiral staircase.

*Each guest will receive their own unique key code for check-in.

*Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles directly in front of cabin.

*There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly workspaces.

Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in time starts at 4PM and check-out is 10AM to allow us time to prepare for the next guests.

QUIET HOURS & EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted on the property, and noise levels must be kept down from 10PM to 8AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay

GUEST REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21+ years of age to book.

PETS: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine will be assessed for any guest found on property smoking to cover costs of cleaning/odors due to smoke damage.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled between each stay. Due to this, it may take several hours to return to optimal heated temperature.

WILDLIFE: You are visiting the Great Smoky Mountains area. By booking, guests realize and understand the area contains wildlife native to the area, such as black bears, raccoons, squirrels, etc. Please be safe - NEVER leave food outside or in your car. Keep car doors locked and NEVER feed the animals. Put all garbage in provided trash bins outside and keep locked.

WINTER BOOKINGS: We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance through a third party company, we do not provide it, as we do not provide refunds for inclement weather, illness/family emergencies, or power outages that are beyond our control. Snow is possible from December to February.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By booking, guest(s) acknowledge that use of this cabin & amenities included, but not limited to the hot tub, gym equipment, balconies, chairs, beds, bunk beds, kitchen items, grills, appliances or play sets may have potential risks if improperly used, particularly in regards to children and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility.
