This spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome features a private hot tub, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, private one car garage and a washer and dryer. The location may be even better than the amenities! Just a 5 minute walk from the Quicksilver SuperChair, adjacent to the Upper Village Pool and 1 block from Main Street, this property has it all!

Upper Level:
âą Large living room with ample room for activities.
âą Gas fireplace for cozy ambiance during winter nights.
âą Dining table with seating for 6.
âą Updated kitchen with all the appliances (not 1, but 2 crockpots!) and utensils needed to create and serve a meal for the whole group.
âą Deck featuring a private hot tub and backing up to open space directly behind.
âą Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite full bathroom with a spacious shower, double vanity and separate toilet closet.
Lower Level:
âą Bedroom #2 featuring a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the patio outside.
âą Bedroom #3 featuring a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door that connects to the outside patio.
âą Private heated 1 car garage with room to park 1 car in front.

âą Bus stop located across the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain.
*Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. Scheduled closing date 4/12/26.

*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 150 yards away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the parking lot that leads to the clubhouse.

âą The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
âą There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
âą Hot tub towels are provided.

» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
