Vous pouvez skier sur / hors de Four O'Clock Run, griller sur le pont et profiter de la vue, ou vous rendre en ville pour faire du shopping, manger et plus encore. Tout est à quelques minutes. Pour toujours plus de fun, vous pourrez également faire du ski de fond et faire de la luge à proximité. Our ski group had a fantastic stay. An exceptional experience from start to finish. The true ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was perfect after skiing, and the grill was a great bonus. The mountain views from the deck are top notch. On top of that, the hosts were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would enthusiastically recommend this property for any group ski trip.

Perfect place for a Thanksgiving gathering with the family. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 10. Super close to Breck—will be even better when the snow comes and the trail is 30 seconds away! Hope to come back again.

Great house and great location!

This house had everything we needed with beautiful views and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown, ski in/out, beautiful deck, and perfectly furnished. Definitely recommend and will stay here again when we come back to Breck!

The house is large, well stocked, everything you need. Property manager is responsive and the back deck is pretty secluded. Great location! Minutes from town and convenient to slopes.

Absolutely Amazing Winter Wonderland Home

We had such an incredible time at this beautiful home. The views and location were perfect! So much space and everything our family needed for a great vacation! The pictures don’t do it justice! We are so thankful for the gracious owners for sharing this winter retreat with us!

Great property that was in good shape and well equipped. Location is perfect for ski in/out access or walking to town. Host was very communicative and checked in multiple times during our stay. Will for sure look to rebook if back in Breckenridge.

Spacious ski in ski out

We had lots of room and lots of beds. Excellent accommodations. Great deck and hot tub. Ski in ski out with just a short walk across the road really not a problem at all. Also parking for one car in garage and two in driveway.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was an excellent value given the stunning views and convenient location -- just a short drive from downtown. The back deck and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and the view from both the living room and deck was absolutely breathtaking. The neighborhood was peaceful and the home itself very comfortable.For those with kids, the house is thoughtfully equipped with safety gates for the stairs and a fun selection of games and puzzles.The host was awesome to work with; super responsive and made everything easy.A couple of minor notes: the mattress topper in the master bedroom wasn’t quite to my preference. For those who move around at night, it tends to sink in and makes it a bit difficult to roll or shift positions. Also, we couldn’t find any steak knives in the kitchen (maybe I missed 'em).Overall, this was a fantastic getaway spot. Highly recommend!

Ideal Stay

This property was beyond perfect for our ski trip this February. Right off the 4’oclock run down to the snowflake lift that got you to the middle of peak 8 and you could get anywhere on the mountain from there. So many bedrooms and perfect really dark room for our 4month old infant in a pack n play to have zero issues sleeping. Our whole family had a wonderful time and made skiing so much more enjoyable when I could easily come in every 3 hrs to breastfeed but go back out and my mother who doesn’t like to ski got a gorgeous view out the back deck while hanging out with her granddaughter. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Cozy House with Spectacular Views

Our stay was amazing! This house offered plenty of space for our family and friends (group of 4 adults and 4 children). The kiddos had plenty of space for playing inside and outside. We were able to jump on the 4 o'clock run to get to the Snowflake lift for "quick" skiing. The snowflake lift is a slow ride, but gets you to the ski hills easily. There was also an option to get to the Peak 8 Gondola, but we did not try that route. Communication with the owner was always quick and responsive. Carin was very accomodating and one of the best communicators I've had through VRBO! Thank you for making my family vacation exceptional :-)

Lovely Well Stocked Home

Stayed here for our parents 40th Wedding anniversary. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 babies and there was plenty of space for all! Beautiful views over looking Breckenridge from all of the main areas of the home ( Kitchen, dining room and hot tub on the deck). The location from the chair lift and easy access home from 4 0'clock ski run was amazing! The best part however was how well stocked this home was. The kitchen had all the necessary things you would want ( spices, oils, variety of cooking vessels) and the kids room had toys which my son played with for hours. This is a warm and comfortable house and It's obvious that this home is well loved and cared for by it's owners and that is very much appreciated when traveling abroad especially with little ones. If we ever find ourselves in Breck again we would love to return here.

Perfect property on 4 o’clock road

Our group of adults and teens enjoyed staying in this house. The location is excellent with a few steps to the 4 o’clock run to ski to the Snowflake lift and easy ski back too. You can also walk to town (15-20 mins) or take the bus from the Snowflake lift. The owners were very responsive! We would easily stay at this house again.

Perfect place!

Great place to stay in Breckenridge. Between 2 ski lifts and bus routes. The skiers in our group loved it! Very convenient, close to town, very well equipped house. Had things for the baby in our party & the 5 yr old. Older kids loved the hot tub after skiing all day! Easy to get hold of owner for any questions. We will stay here again if we come back to Breckenridge!

My family and I moved to Colorado when the boys were very little and have loved gradually exploring more and more of the state. We are very excited to share our new love of the mountains with you, and hope you will enjoy Breckenridge as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love that this home is near everything but feels like a mountain retreat. We enjoy sitting, grilling or building snow forts on the deck and enjoying the views. We really appreciate the convenience of being able to ski in and out from the house. In the summer, we like to go hiking and fishing and biking and love a day out on the water on a boat rented at the Frisco Marina. Please let us know what you discover during your stay, so we can keep exploring!
