The Space:

Welcome to Silverpine Chalet, a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom mountain retreat designed for families and groups to relax, spread out, and enjoy everything Shaver Lake has to offer.



The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen area that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. Step outside onto the spacious covered decks for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or a relaxing evening surrounded by the pines.



Downstairs, the game room offers a pool table and another space for the group to hang out after a day at the lake.



One of the home's most unique features is the private home gym, complete with a treadmill, free weights, incline bench, and ballet bar—perfect for anyone who wants to keep up with their workout while on vacation.



With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there's plenty of room and privacy for multiple families or groups traveling together.



Whether you're spending your days boating and swimming at Shaver Lake, exploring the mountains, or simply relaxing at the cabin, Silverpine Chalet gives you plenty of space to enjoy your time together.

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including:



4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms

The Neighborhood:

A few important things to know before booking:



Maximum occupancy: This home accommodates a maximum of 9 guests, including children and visitors. No additional guests or visitors are permitted without prior approval. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and unauthorized guests or gatherings may result in cancellation of the reservation and/or additional fees.



No air conditioning: The home has central heat but does not have AC. Dual ceiling fans and cool mountain breezes help keep the home comfortable during the summer.



Fireplace: Duraflame-type logs only. Traditional wood burning is not permitted.



Quiet neighborhood: Silverpine Chalet is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors, with quiet hours beginning at 10 PM.



No parties or events are permitted.



Winter travel: Snow plowing service is provided for both driveways during the winter months. During snowy conditions, we strongly recommend traveling with a 4WD or AWD vehicle and carrying chains.

Silverpine Chalet is designed to be a comfortable home base for enjoying Shaver Lake year-round. With multiple gathering spaces, a downstairs game room, private home gym, and spacious covered decks, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.
