The main cabin is a true mountain haven. Immerse yourself in the warm, rustic decor as you enter the living area. Vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and large windows that frame breathtaking views create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bunk room offers two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bunk room has a queen bed with a twin bed. The second has three queen beds. It also has two separate bathrooms. With a game room next to the bunk room, it's the perfect place for large gatherings.
Nestled nearby, our charming two bedroom cottage offers a more intimate escape. It features a private kitchen, an updated bathroom, and a cozy living area with deck.
The Space:
Occupancy cannot go over 17 at ALL times! You will be evicted if caught over occupancy.
::Main Cabin::
Nestled amidst the serene woodlands of Shaver Lake, this picturesque 5-bedroom, 3-bath cabin exudes rustic charm and cozy elegance. Surrounded by towering pine trees and a backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the cabin boasts a welcoming ambiance that perfectly marries modern amenities with a touch of wilderness.
The exterior is crafted from weathered pine wood, offering a warm, inviting aesthetic. As you approach, a spacious porch, adorned with rocking chairs, invites you to take in the breathtaking views and fresh mountain air.
Upon entering, the interior greets you with an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living area, kitchen, and dining space. The living room features a stone fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings spent by the crackling fire. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, providing stunning views of the surrounding nature.
The kitchen, designed with custom cabinets and double ovens is a haven & fully equipped to handle everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners.
The cabin's five bedrooms are adorned with comfortable bedding and offer ample space for relaxation. The master suite, with its own private bath, includes a king-sized bed and a water feature outside the slider door that overlooks the forest, providing a serene escape.
A nice hot tub on the deck provides the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures.
For entertainment, a game room is equipped with a pool table, foosball, and a collection of board games. It's a hub for indoor fun and friendly competitions. Additionally, a coffee room with a drip coffee maker & keurig invites you to enjoy your favorite brew while taking in the stunning scenery. We provide multiple types of teas and coffees.
One of the most charming features of this cabin is the custom-made bunk room. Each bunk bed is intricately designed with playful and rustic themes, providing a cozy and imaginative space for guests.
Outside, a spacious deck offers an outdoor kitchen BBQ area for delightful outdoor gatherings (traeger, propane grill, blackstone), surrounded by nature and the fresh mountain air.

::Cottage::
A 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin cottage in Shaver Lake, California, often embodies a cozy, rustic charm and offers a retreat away from the main cabin. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a daybed. The bathroom has a shower. It also has a private kitchen and deck.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the main cabin garage only-not the cottage garage. Please do not tamper with the garage at the cottage. There will be various owner closets that will be locked- please leave the locks alone.
**If you have excess trash that does not fit into the bins, you can either haul it off or I will charge a $10 per bag haul off fee. **
The Neighborhood:
Given the stunning scenery and its adjacency to various outdoor pursuits, Granite Ridge in Shaver Lake is a destination that caters to nature lovers, outdoor adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful retreat in the midst of captivating mountain landscapes. The neighborhood exudes a serene charm that makes it a popular choice for individuals and families looking to embrace the beauty of the Sierra Nevada region.
Getting Around:
This cabin has a large driveway, which can accommodate up to 4-6 vehicles. Please only use main driveway & lower right driveway only. The lower driveway on the left is the neighbors, please do not park there (when you're looking up at the cabin, our parking is on the right).
No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal.
No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways.
There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation.
Other Things to Note:
4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake (168-E)
No outdoor fires are allowed in the Granite Ridge subdivision.
If you're caught with a dog, you will be charged a minimum of $500 fee-owners are highly allergic.
