The home itself was wonderful! It was clean, beds were comfortable, and there were so many amenities that we were very pleased. Unfortunately, the management company was very difficult to work with! We called the 1-800 number upon arriving in order to get into the home and the man on the phone could not find my reservation. I gave him my name, the address, even my confirmation number but he could not find it to give me the code. I had to keep asking if he was still on the phone and he kept asking me to be patient. He finally gave me a code, it did not work, so he once again said he couldn't find my reservation. We waited in the cold, after a 4 hour drive, not able to get into the house. After an HOUR of dealing with him, he ended up hanging up on me! I called back and within 5 min. the girl found my reservation and gave me the code. I explained what happened and she promised to submit my complaint up the chain. I texted the management company, asking for somewhat of a reimbursement for the inconvenience and I kept being told "management was looking into it". I was originally told I'd hear in 5 days, but I kept checking with again asked to be patient as management looked into it. After 2 weeks from my stay, I texted again looking for some type of payment reimbursement for the inconvenience and I was ignored. I never got a response from my last text. I suggest AVOIDING any property managed by Stay Texas Hospitality Group!
